Professional staff, beautifully appointed room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with a rain shower head, delicious drinks at the bar including a non-alcoholic drink- overall a top-notch experience. Car in valet was ready in 10 minutes. About a 10 minute drive from the PHX airport. Would definitely stay here again.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I stayed here for a three day conference. The room (king) was amazingly large and the bed was "heaven." The room was clean, the view was amazing (15th floor) and I had everything I needed right in the room...just in case I forgot something! I ate in the hotel restaurant where the food was fast, fresh and really good. They...

This hotel shares lobby frontage with a business corporation and as such the entrances, lobby, and associated restaurant do not look like much or have lots of space but it got better after that. The room, 1627 was a deluxe king, large with a city view and very comfortable. I used the desk, closets and everything was very nice. The...

While we were dubious upon arrival as the reception area is quite modest, we actually had a superb experience at the Westin. Kudos to the management because EVERY single person (including maids just passing by,) was lovely! We met the housekeeping manager, who should be very proud of his fine staff and performance. Room service was lightning fast. The best...

The Best: - The Valet Parking Staff. They are fast, friendly and make us feel truly welcomed. What they do well: - The rooms are very nice - the check-in and check-out process is smooth and attentive What needs attention: - Club lounge. The breakfast is decent. The evening service is a joke. Don't say you offer desert and put...

Nice big rooms with plenty of space. Centrally located within walking distance of various sports stadiums, railway stations and restaurants... Hotel contains all the services and standards expected of a Westin - overall a nice stay!

We were there for a convention of my husbands and our 45th wedding anniversary celebration. We were upgraded to a corner suite that was beyond wonderful! Our views out of the entire wall of windows in the bedroom and bathroom were awe inspiring! They also sent up a bottle of Presecco and strawberries which was a really nice touch! Every...

The Westin is a lovely property, right downtown. Perfect for attending events at Symphony Hall, which is a 6 minute walk away. It is modern, clean and has a friendly and efficient staff. The outdoor pool deck is great. We stayed on a club floor. Breakfast in the club lounge is fantastic, with cappuccino, coffee, tea, eggs, sausage, bacon, loads...

Based on other reviews, booked for event at Phoenix Symphony Hall. From the helpful valet and front desk staff to room service, all presented well and performed with professional excellence. The room itself was well appointed with evident refinements in technology. This will be our preferred lodging for similar treks to downtown PHX.

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. We had great customer service, and were given complimentary champagne for our big day. We stayed in a suite and the room was impeccably clean. The bathtub was really nice. The best part of staying there was the view, which was nice in the morning and at night.
