The Raz Inn, located in uptown Phoenix is the ideal family getaway for Spring Training or any other family event in the greater Phoenix area. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. GREAT value! Basically we had a full private bungalow for under $100/night. Full kitchen, large living room with large TV, wonderful soft supportive bed, small bathroom (no tub) but everything a person needs! Furnishings are very comfortable, quality pieces with an eclectic flair. We didn't get in the pool (temps were very cool during our week) but it looked wonderful,...

We just recently got back from visiting Phoenix for a soccer tournament and we stayed at the Raz Inn for 3 nights. This place is great! Way better than a small hotel room. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, and it was plenty of room for my husband, son and I. It had a spacious living room, kitchen and...

We stayed in the Pasadena villa for 2 weeks. It has a full kitchen and large living room and bedroom. Having onsite laundry was a big plus for us during our stay. It's quite private and very cozy. The owners were very accommodating, even giving us a bag of the wonderful grapefruit from their tree. We loved the location, just...

This place was in a good location for us. It was quiet. The staff was friendly, though once we checked in, absent. At $80/night we didn't get breakfast included, and that was fine. Our suite (the Pasedena) needed an update. Overall, the place could use regular maintenance/cleaning.There were tables in the common courtyard area, but no umbrellas. Too hot to...

We stayed for two nights at the Raz Inn, in the Reflections Suite. This was a very pleasant place to stay, with two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room, and a full kitchen. The place was clean, homey, and included a pool (that we did not use). The Inn included breakfast for two days, which consisted of a small...

Lovely bed and breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights. Loved the attention to detail by the owners. Breakfast was delicious, fresh squeezed juice was a pleasant surprise. The decor is simple and pleasing, honors the history of the home. Felt like we found a gem in the dessert. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Hotels can't offer the cozy comfort this...

We've not written many negative reviews but feel the need to record our experience with The Raz. Based on the mainly excellent reviews on Tripadvisor we booked 5 days at the Raz towards the end of last year to conclude a 6 week holiday in AZ/UT. Unfortunatelly due to illness we had to cancel the whole holiday two months prior...

In response to the Guest from England, first of all, we do apologize for confusing your initial, vague inquiry to be one of the plethora of false, scam, and tricky emails we recieve from Africa. They regularly target small businesses from abroad seeking refunds, wire transfers and trickery. In reference to any unpaid funds, this matter is still being worked...

I was in between apartment rentals and needed a place to stay for a month. I happened to find about Raz Inn through an internet search, and was delighted to find a spacious and beautifully appointed apartment at an asbolute bargain price. My month long stay was wonderful, with the kind proprietors making me feel very much at home without...

“Reflections Suite was nice.”

“Reflections Suite has two separate bedrooms and easily would accommodate two couples. Full-size futon in the living room could accommodate more.”

“There are four apartments to choose from I think. I just know that we stayed in Reflections and Arizona which are part of the same building. Then there's another set of 2 in their own building.”
