The rooms were great clean and comfortable. Located within 1 mile of Phoenix childrens hospital if your in town for medical like we were. Staff was friendly, courteous and prompt. Grounds were kept clean and I noticed them cleaning common area frequently.

Had an east side room and could not sleep well because of the highway road noise. Asked Stephanie at the front desk the next night to switch my room to the other side of the hall way. She gladly change my room and was very courteous. Great customer service and they have cookies and snack packs in the evening. Very clean and comfortable home away from home with the full kitchen (no stove) when on business. Would stay here again if in the Phoenix area.

My husband and I have found this hotel to be very comfortable. This is our 4th week (Mon-Fri). Three of the four weeks, we were placed in an efficiency type room with a full size refrigerator, 2-burner stove top, microwave & dishwasher. One week we were very fortunate and were assigned a one-bedroom suite. The kitchens are equipped the same. They all offer limited cookware, plates, glasses, etc. We found the furnishings adequate for our short weekday stays. The rooms are clean and cheerful, with one or two (in the one-bedroom) large flat screen TVs. The WIFI is strong. The A/C is cold and regulated by a thermostat. The breakfasts include an ample variety of good food during this COVID-19 scare, despite hot foods being limited to sandwiches, etc, that can be microwaved in your room. The beds are comfortable. It's a great place to stay.…

Everything was good: nice and clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Everything worked well and was in good condition (fridge, microwave, heater, etc). Nothing super extraordinary, but everything was good. Would definitely stay again!

Lobby was full of natural light and well maintained. Amazing staff - very welcoming, always smiling and helpful. My room was pristine and the bathroom was my favorite - roomy and well-lit. Plenty of breakfast option, whatever your diet calls for. Definitely must-stay hotel!!!
