I just recently stayed here for my wedding and did a room block through the hotel. Let me just start by saying how accommodating they were. Even with COVID restrictions they made sure our whole party was taken care of. They went above and beyond for my husband and I and all the staff were super nice. This location is perfect because we could walk to any coffee, food, or bars within just a few minutes. Will definitely be visiting here again when we are in town!

Great hotel in the down town city of Phoenix. Customer service was great. If you are a Hilton member you can do everything from your phone for example using the elevator and opening your room. Also there are many eating places within walking distance. WiFi and breakfast are free.

Andrew was phenomenal and helpful. . Potentially the best guest service experience I’ve ever had. He helped us out with tips and tricks for hiking and got everything together in a fast manner when it came to the car. Friendly and talkative. I will visit here again just because of Andrew.
