They really pay attention to all of the details. The food is exceptional, the gym has modern equipment, and the place just looks like a 4-star hotel even though it is really on a small land footprint. My 2 complaints (and the reason I didn't give 5 stars) were that the wifi needs to be improved and the air conditioning...

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights to attend a conference. The location near the airport is convenient but not under the flight paths so noise was not an issue. The room had been recently updated and was quite comfortable. The staff was super friendly and did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome.

Got this hotel for one night after getting into Phoenix on an all day flight from the east coast. Literally five minutes from the airport (I wish I hadn't rented a car as it took longer to get the rental than to get to the hotel and you can just take the train which has a stop across the street...

This was my first visit to Phoenix and very much enjoyed the amenities of this property, and enjoyed the stay. The fitness room did have a few issue with T.V. monitors that did not function, we appreciated the array of cardio machines and weights that were available.

We came in late and there was a line at the front desk.We stood to the side until the front desk clerk placed the sign in sheet on the desk in front of me without saying a word and walked away (she did have a client walk in after us) She placed the room keys on the counter and never...

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very pleasant, I love the fact that there is an option to have breakfast included in the room price. Food at the hotel was delicious but VERY EXPENSIVE. $15 for 2 pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and Sausage. There are no microwaves in the room so you are kind of forced to eat...

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was given a rate of less than $150 per night! The room was nice and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. My daughter and I had sandwiches one evening and there were also above average.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza before our flight out the next morning and enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, updated decor and a spacious room. They have a Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby, valet parking, and plenty of transportation options to and from the airport, including a tram/train right across the street. Close to downtown Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale...

We had an excellent stay at this property. Easy access to Sky Harbor, free valet parking, professional and courteous staff, contemporary facilities, comfortable and updated rooms, and both an onsite restaurant and bar. This hotel has a transit station (Phoenix Light Rail) which allows you to travel a half hour east or west on foot. All-day rail pass is $4....
