This is an average hotel for an average price in the West Phoenix Area. Yes there are seedy characters in the area. I wouldn't stand in the parking lot wearing an expensive suit and Rolex watch. But jeans and your sharpest pocket knife would be appropriate. The room is ok and that's a reserved ok, for a night stay. The...

There is a day shift employee at the counter named Pooja. She is a bright shining star who radiates smiles and caring toward all the clients. I stay 75 nights per quarter in hotels throughout the Choice Privileges system, and this one will become my first choice so long as she works there. I had a very difficult need on...

This hotel has friendly staff. The hallways were dirty. The room was clean. I had hoped to use the pool but it was not available. Our biggest negative would be the breakfast which is included with the room. It is very basic. However, it disturbs us that all the dishes, cups, cutlery, etc. were Styrofoam. Way too much staff to...

This facility along with what was the management/ownership is incompetent in all aspects!!! I stayed here a year ago and the maintenance STOLE from my room! Housekeeper and Front desk trued covering it up. NOT the smartest thing to do when the person you stealing from is a Hotel Manager in Phoenix for training. Absolutely ridiculous, was told I would...

Clean Rooms but a Hike to the breakfast and not much of a selection to choose from close to eating and shopping but we found that the Metro Mall is not the place to go any more. Wished the hotel warned us. The rooms are small and do not match the photos on the web site and bathrooms need to...

I made a reservation through the web site, but when I wanted to cancel Choice Hotels did not show the reservation so I assumed it didn't go through. Lo and behold I was charged for it anyway. Choice customer service still doesn't show the reservation, because the hotel is no longer a Quality Inn and Suites. Yet the hotel says...

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel. When I arrive they said the reservation had been cancelled by the manager. Another couple came and were given a similar story. You cannot depend on this hotel. (By the way, this hotel is now an EconoLodge)

I stayed at this property last year when it was a Quality Inn. It is now an Econolodge. The staff members are friendly and helpful but this motel needs updating. The shower was weak (needed a better shower head), the breakfast was marginal, and the internet was spotty. This price, though, was good.

I couldn't even sleep I was so scared they would do something to my car. Steal thing inside from the way it looks....

Our room was clean and modern. It had all the ammenities we needed. The water pressure was excellent! The bed was super comfortable! Now the bad... the pool and hot tub were filled with algae, it was beyond disgusting. Apparently alot of people live at the hotel and not the type of people you want to be around. Prostitutes, drug...
