First and foremost, big shout out to Alannah , Terri, Joe, The very nice woman who works night shift, the housekeeping staff, the security guard they have on the property; I mean, I wish I was better at names because each one of them including all the other front desk agents deserve recognition. I have worked in the hotel industry and even did front desk agent worked in Sedona resorts, at very highly rated expensive hotels, and this place is immaculate in comparison to how easy it is to communicate with the staff and how absolutely phenomenally clean the rooms are. For what its worth, in the Phoenix area, where it is gradually becoming a city of trash, including its people - this place is so clean and well taken care of and well maintained. The housekeeping staff has never once left my room anything but spotless, and I mean like you wipe your finger on the floor and stuff and there is not one spec of dust. I did that jokingly to show my Father how clean the room was and how impressively good it smelled in there and there really was not one spec of dust on my finger test lol. . They are all so down to earth, classy, and know what it means to do their job. It is really a beautiful place, and mostly because of how well the staff takes care of the guests who walk in there. And the security has been so freaking tight, I love it. My first night of 2021 staying here , there was a security guard walking around the hotel just making sure everything was safe and secure when I went to pack up my belonging in my car for my departure in the early hours. I was worried but had no choice and his presence really made me feel safe. These days, sanitation and security is asking a lot and these people do an outstanding job. I do travel quite a bit and have experienced and researched just about every one of the hotels in the area, including air B and Bs and will not choose anything but Red Roof IN North Phoenix and only North Phoenix Red Roof. Thank you so much for always making me feel at home even when I'm away from it. :)…
0/10 our first room didn’t have working outlets or a flushable toilet, we were told we could get a new room in the AM. We go to get our new room, they tell us they have no idea what we are talking about and that we would have to pay extra. We stayed a WEEK. Not to mention the fact that the pool was closed for a week and there was no breakfast — neither which were listed on the cite. Not a clean nor friendly hotel.
A few days before Thanksgiving we decided to stay stay at Red Roof Inn in Phoenix during our time the staff have been awesome and overall very efficient my questions not only did the front desk Linda not talk me into booking a more expensive room she allowed me to reserve with the same reservation again thru a third party which I was able to keep the same rate and when I went down to finalize it she'd already had my reservation complete and all I had to do was sign...I deff think this hotel is much more than a 2 star hotel. Deff will stay again!! Thanks Linda
I’ve stayed at this location multiple times when coming to Phoenix for work. And once again, I AM IMPRESSED! The housekeeping was working even more diligently than normal to ensure CDC Guidelines are exceeded. Alonna at the front desk quickly checked me in a smile. The GM, Raj greeted me with a smile when he stopped by to ensure the new Red Roof COVID-White Glove was met. Thanks for making me feel safe in this difficult time
It was not a good experience. To start with I was not aware of the no cash policy regarding the deposit. Then the first room i was given didn’t have a working television. After speaking with the front desk my wife and I gathered our things and moved to the third floor only to see the room in the picture. I went downstairs and got another room that was missing towels. The only positive was that my many trips to the front desk helped me get my steps in.
