The buildings are so great and historic it's wonderful to get lost in the history. The rooms are well appointed we stayed in the ocatilla wing. I wish we had stayed in a villa or suite as the bathrooms in this wing are a bit tight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but would have enjoyed a...

From the moment I arrived (after a long series of flights from Australia), the staff from front of house, concierge, restaurant/ cafe and housekeeping could not do enough to make my stay a wonderful one. The grounds are immaculate. There are beautiful garden beds dotted about and chairs about the green for you to relax in. My cottage suited my...

Overall a good weekend. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our upgraded room did not meet expectations. No comfortable sitting area. We were disappointed in housekeeping not replacing our supplies.

The Arizona Biltmore is a lovely property and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. The wifi was weak to non-existent. This makes business trips here difficult. The wait staff at the lounges and restaurant are quite nice and helpful.

Visited for the first time and heard so many good things about this place, I was underwhelmed on many levels. First - service, at every touch point was poor, no smiles, no explanation (couldn't find my room), no hellos in the hallway, no help in anyway. Good luck finding the gym in the morning, I ran into 4 other ppl...

I recently attended a conference held at this resort. Reasonably close to Sky Harbor airport, but far enough away to feel secluded. Situated in the Biltmore Estates area with shopping and restaurants close by, assuming you have even chosen to leave the property. The staff is excellent, very helpful, and exceedingly professional. The conference facilities are extensive - two or...

Took my wife for a long weekend and stayed at the Biltmore. The hotel was amazing. Pools were heated and lovely, rooms were well appointed and the staff was very friendly. Concierge helped book an airplane flight to the Grand Canyon which was amazing!

Everything surpassed expectations, which is a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very organized and clean the grounds are beautiful. There pool is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more. Self parking is a bit of a walk, but not too bad.

Poor rating is based on what you would expect for this hotel line. Front desk check in was misleading, initial room was not what what was expected, rooms in big need of refurbishing, wi if issues, and now 830 am 15 open tables in restaurant and 16 people waiting because not enough servers. No way to run a top level...

The Biltmore is a classy location with a remarkable history. We were greeted very cordially and were grateful for the accommodation of a special request for a bathtub. The room was spacious and comfortable, but a bit worn. We were disappointed to find a rather small tub (but it is an older property). There was masking tape on the walls...
