Great great hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are treated special. You get the feeling they are truly happy you chose to stay with them. The grounds are immaculate the pools all fabulous and so is the food. This is the second time at the property and was in a huge one bedroom suite. I cannot...

Positive: A very beautiful and elegant hotel. Classic architecture originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The grounds are immaculate . There are an overabundance of blooming citrus plants. The smell of orange blossoms were intoxicating. Great service at every location in the hotel. One of the best and fastest valet parking that I have ever experienced. Staff are very friendly...

I had a really hard time rating this property. The property is absolutely stunning! The grounds are kept up real nice and every angle you look is breathtaking. However, that does go for the customer service or cleanliness of the rooms. I was very disappointed. Most importantly or most upsetting to me was the fact that I reached out to...

Dissatisfied with The Biltmore stay.tiny room. Broom closet bathroom. Needs update construction. Main din8ng room was closed. It's old, great tradition, history but it's no longer 'top of the line's. Don't recommend it.

This was a fantastic vacation. the architecture alone was worth the trip. Not too far from the hotel or entertainment in town. The secret dining room was really neat. Spent several nights lounging outside by the fire pits. Great hiking locations nearby and the service was commendable.

We stayed in on of the rooms with a fire pit. Great place to spend time with the one you love. The room was updated and could not have been better. Every time you needed anything there was someone there to help. Top notch!!!!

I stayed at The Biltmore during a company trip April 23-26. This resort is absolutely beautiful, immaculate grounds, outstanding & accommodating staff. My room was located in The Terrace which had a nice "private" pool and jacuzzi.

The Arizona Biltmore is a Frank Lloyd Wright-style hotel built in the 1920s, long before Phoenix grew into its current size. It retains much of its charm, though it too has grown with the times. The central lawns are perfect locations for parties, weddings and other events. Many of the rooms are in villas - small buildings with 4 or...

We ended our Arizona journey to Sedona and the Grand Canyon at our favorite hotel, the Arizona Biltmore. We stayed at the Ocatella Club level. It was wonderful. Our room was spacious and the grounds at the hotel are impeccable. The staff at the Ocatella Level did their utmost to accommodate all of our needs. We'll be back -- and...

I stayed here several times and it has gotten better. I love the original cottages with the history behind it and away from the larger part of the hotel. The growns are so serene even during a crazy Easter/Passover time. You get the Greatest service. Kindest people who work there. Caring staff. Stay here
