With chaos all around ... the hotel managed extremely well with rooms, restaurants, common areas, pool. Everything went very well given the number of people. Well done. Loved the pool bar and food. Took a while because of the vast number of people but good food and drink.

Dear Mike, Thank you for your patience over Final Four, it WAS a busy time and we did prepare for it, but mainly, we just wanted to ensure guests and fans had fun for this special event. We're delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your experience. Thank you for letting us know. Come visit again. Warm regards, Executive Management

Listen, if you're looking for a resort-style hotel to relax and vacation at, this may not be the best option. The pool is very small because it's located downtown in a metro area and the only option was placing it on the rooftop. I personally thought this was great for a business convention. There is a HUGE lobby bar great...

We appreciate our business convention travelers and we thank you for being one of them, and for providing some feedback to your fellow travelers about your experience here. Yes, you are correct about our pool and maximizing premium space in the downtown area, but we hear from our guests all the time that their pool time is enjoyable. With Breeze...

This Sheraton property in downtown Phoenix is in a great location. There is great food, shopping, and entertainment with in an easy walk of the hotel. The rooms are clean and updated with refrigerator and Starbucks coffee. The wi-fi works well. The gym was large with lots of modern cardio equipment. Did not try the restaurant, it opened at 5pm....

We loved being the host city for the NCAA Final Four this year and all we can say is that now you must return so that you can try our restaurant the next time! We think you will enjoy dining at District. We incorporate into the restaurant dishes our fresh herbs and vegetables that are grown in our own rooftop...

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix for a convention. The room was a bit on the small side, but was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. My roommate brought a service dog who was very well cared for and accepted. It was wonderfully quiet. The room had a mini-refrigerator and a coffeemaker. There is a coffee shop...

We are sure it was good fun for our team members to spoil your roommate's service dog if the opportunity presented itself. We thank you for letting us know about your experience here - it means a lot to us that you felt safe and secure during your time with us. Sorry about the tea! It was good feedback for...

We booked a suite, which was roomy, clean, and had 1 1/2 baths. The suites also had access to the Club Lounge, which provided a decent breakfast spread in the morning and hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon. The lobby was airy, light, and spacious and even features a popular, complimentary candy bar. Valet is only $10 per day more than...

Thank you for providing some feedback about your recent stay with us - we were happy to hear that you enjoyed our upgrade option, the Club Lounge, and found it to be a solid value and that the candy station made your wait time a bit more enjoyable. We are pleased that you and your friends chose to stay with...

My wife came for business and I went with her. We got in early so we could go around Phoenix to visit many places. From this hotel, it's a walking distance to the Arizona Science Center, the AMC movie theater, a shopping/eatery across the street, St. Mary's Roman Catholic, and more.

What a spectacular property: from the friendly and accommodating front desk and housekeeping staff, to the excellent room service and food at District restaurant, to the extra goodies at check in, and the meeting services this hotel has it all for a memorable stay. The business center has everything you need, the gym is well equipped and available 24 hours...

Your kind comments mean a lot to us and we thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback around your recent stay. The conference was great, the hotel fell short. Much to my surprise after seeing the well appointed lobby, the room was well past it's prime. The greatest disappointment was the breakfast buffet and room service. Mediocre at best. The meeting rooms were great. The staff was fantastic. But other than that, not that impressive.
