Yes. They will let you out at a different spot. And you can choose whitewater or flat water.

The lodge is a fine place to stay if you intend to do the rafting trip. It is very clean and comfortable, but not luxurious. I do not know about the other side trips. I am sure that they will be glad to answer any inquiries... More
