Staff friendly, clean rooms. We were there with our adult kids and infant granddaughter. Hotel provided a great pack'n'play: the baby slept great! Slots paid out for our party and staff opened a blackjack table for the 4 so the newbie could learn. They actually came out ahead at the table, too. We had 3 rooms (hotel part is non-smoking),...

Went to Payson last weekend and decided to check out this casino. It is small but slot machines were going off in record time. My companion and i were able to leave with a few extra dollars in less than two hours. I was immediately rewarded with $10 to start my play and the place was packed. The waitress was...

Small casino, but they have a nice little restaurant and all the rooms are suites. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. Friendly service people and if you get a members card, there are discounts available. Probably the best place to stay in Payson and not expensive.

The room was nice, large, and very clean. The price was a pretty good deal. It was quiet. We were on the third floor. Forgot that the air-handlers were right by us so there was a humming sound all night long however you could phase it out easily. It was cold up there in Payson but the heater kept the...

We have stayed here severs times and find that we are completely satisfied or not satisfied. The service at check in is always friendly. Questionable is the room cleanliness and the ongoing noise. The last few times we have stayed the room has not been cleaned properly. Noise from the hall, adjoining rooms, and upstairs as well as the maid...

It is a full of life place we explored on the way between Scottsdale and Flagstag. It appears to be very popular. It is adjacent to the Tonto Apache Indian Reservation and tribal laws prevail here. No outside alcohol. The casino is standard. The buffet restaurant can be recommended. Not expensive but tasty food.

Before I made reservations at Mazatzal casino I looked up reviews and saw the bad ones, but I took into consideration that some people always try and find bad and if they didn't they'll make something up. So we went and it was Great. Loved the suites, there's nothing wrong with them, as others claimed. Our room was $99.00, but...

Our Labor Day camping trip this year was canceled so we had to think of other things we could do on short notice. The Mazatzal Hotel and a couple of other hotels in the area were the only ones that had rooms available in Payson. We booked the Mazatzal and are very happy that we did. I was greeted very...

Rooms are nice. Price okay. Skeleton crew because of slow business. Please be reminded visiting any tribal nation is the same as traveling to a U.S.A. Territory. That being said you must act accordingly. You re technically no longer in America. There is nothing like the lovely feeling of pulling up to the south hotel entrance in a handicap van,having...

Food was horrible. Had chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Potatoes were barely warm, very little gravy, and steak had no taste and covered with soggy breading. Friend had pulled pork and it was dry and tasteless. Will not be back.
