This resort is outstanding due to the wonderful service... We felt welcome right from the start and enjoyed the warm and sincere welcome by everyone at this resort. The resort is so well-managed and friendly that I would highly recommend for families. It is rare to find such consistent and genuine regard for guests at a large resort. Mummy Mountain...

It is a nice place to vacation, but it is not what it was a few years ago. Pool food is just OK. Main dining room is very good, but there are not a lot of choices. The details and cleanliness of rooms is definitely not what it has been for the past eight years. We have stayed many years,...

The room and bathroom were wonderful. The grounds were perfectly manicured, and I spent a wonderful day at the spa (which I recommend). We ate at two of the restaurants, and enjoyed our meals immensely. The pool could use an update, not quite as nice as the Montelucian or other nearby resorts, but my understanding is that they are going...

Everything about this place is wonderful. The gardens are so beautiful, and coming from a cold climate, a welcome change. The rooms are lovely, the staff outstanding. Everyone greeted us, was polite, courteous, and attentive. If I had one thing that I wasn't satisfied with, it was the fact my husband and I were put in a room with 2...

This was our second stay. We were upgraded ( for a nominal price, and maybe because of status with Marriott) to a two-bedroom suite. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with colorful flowers and cacti. The pool staff was attentive and friendly. The waitstaff at Rita's and the R-bar were friendly and hospitable. We saw three nights of live...

My travel conceierge Rachael Dillow suggested we stay at the Camelback Inn Scottsdale resort and spa. What a wonderful idea for a mother daughter vaction. We had such a good time bonding over the relaxing spa treatments,...

Enjoyed a lovely lunch "garden side" recently at the JW Marriott. We had two "Orlandos" serve us. One a waiter, the other provided us with amazing service and lots of fun banter as he made us fresh guacamole at our table. Service and food was very good...great quesadillas too! Thanks to the two Orlando's for making our time at the...

Stayed here with friends for a weekend and liked it. Being able to drive right to your room, unpack, unload, and walk in without schlepping bags through a bigger resort hotel was refreshing. Rooms are nice sized, bathroom had good space. Porch was nice but needed an extra chair or two. Spa was clean and had nice gym amenities. Regular...

There is much to love about this property. We spent 2 nights here in late March (Family of 3 - 9 year old son). Instead of renting a car a PHX (and paying the outrageous taxes) we opted to take a $30 taxi ride to the hotel. We enjoyed 2 lovely car-free nights. We paid about $400/night with a special...

This is just the most beautiful southwestern place to stay. The flowers are spectacular and the grounds are beautiful. The employees are so well trained on manners. We had 4 in our room and were not crowded. Good coffee in the room. Nice to sit outside in the morning on the patio and listen to the birds. Would highly recommend...
