This beautiful facility is located on the side of a mountain outside Phoenix. It overlooks the Paradise Valley. We had never been to the area before but were enchanted by the location. Our room was comfortable and located close to the main building, pool and spa. We had a

Thank you for staying with us here at Sanctuary. We are delighted you had such a lovely visit and that we set a great standard for your first time in the area. We love that you were able to enjoy a couples massage and some relaxing time at the spa during your stay. It sounds like elements was a big hit as well, which is great to hear. We truly appreciate you taking the time to write a review and hope you will come see us again.

I had such a memorable experience at this resort. The quality of service was amazing! The Elements restaurant was so delicious, clearly run by a top industry chef! I left feeling truly recharged and I will be back!

The Sanctuary was a great place to enjoy our babymoon. It’s very serene and peaceful. The hotel staff was top notch and we enjoyed the amenities. They were very sweet to bring us a nice treat to celebrate. The spa was a little overly packed but very nice. The bar was great and

The staff is fabulous but exorbitantly priced. You can get a lot more for half the price anywhere else in the Phoenix area. No laundry available except through their service and you can't get ice on your own. I know this sounds petty but I like to be able to do things on my own

Do we need to bring our own tennis rackets/balls or will resort have some to loan?
You do not need to bring balls. Court rentals are $20 per hour and we rent demo rackets for $10 per day. Thank you.

What room type has the best Mountain View? Looking for a tranquil room. Thank you in advance!
I would call them directly for this. Our room did not have the best Mountain View. I would also ask for a room that does not have a joining room.

Hey, So we were there over a holiday weekend and they were running at full capacity. The pool is actually bigger than it photographs. Saying that. It can get busy. But there was ample space for us. We were two of us and my advice would be to look for the lounge chairs on the far opposite side to the bathrooms. They are in sets of two and are under the shrubbery. Another hint. They have a ton of umbrellas but did run out. So make sure you snag one soon. If you like yoga they have free yoga as well. So sign up the class was great. K
