Room was very basic but clean and air-conditioned Restaurant was clean and food good Staff were AMAZING!! Friendly and willing to do what ever they could to ensure we had a great time. They offered to bring us drinks on the deck overlooking the lagoon, suggested meals and places to visit and could not have been more helpful

After almost 2 weeks in Samoa, seeing both islands, we arrived for 2 nights at Lusia's. We were given a warm welcome by Julia and Nati at the front desk. Our chalet did not disappoint - very comfortable and best of all positioned on poles over the water. The chalet faced the rising sun directly, so it was lovely and...

Lovely clean & quiet. Our first air-con all week so a nice treat after a hot week on the bike. Rooms were immaculate with good bed & shower. A little surprised when we arrived at 1pm that our room wasn't available until 2pm when the place was barely 1/4 full. Staff (especially Nati) were friendly and helpful & food was...

Stayed 3 nights at Lusia's and had a clean and comfortable stay. No problems with checkin or check out. A/C worked perfectly and quietly. Nice staff and good food. Breakfast was included and was good. Would have no difficulty staying here again.

We loved our stay at Lusia's. We had a comfy hut in the rainforest with air-con (which we never used, the fan was plenty), a great bed, a fridge and a lovely deck to sit on. We were surrounded by beautiful trees and ferns and could also see the turquoise sea between the two fales in front. The staff were...

The worst fale we stayed in during our 2-week holiday in Samoa! (Note: Lusia's and Luisa's is the same place, misspelt in certain guidebooks). As we were going to stay one night only and leave early on the 6am ferry, we decided to stay at Lusia's in one of their cheap T120 (for two people, bed and breakfast only). The...

Well if you have to catch up an early ferry from Savai'i to Upolu, you'd need somewhere close to sleep. If you'd like to combine your stay with kayaking and a bit of a swim in the lagoon, Lusia's is the place! Modest price for modest accomodation with extremely friendly young staff and a really Iron Lady as the boss....

A welcomed cool drink on the deck was great after our final day of cycling around Savai'i. We chose this place as it was close to the ferry for our morning departure the next day. Staff were very helpful despite not being able to find our booking. We were given a room choice and viewed them prior to deciding. The...

I stayed at Lusia's with a group of friends in 2013, and absolutely loved it. When I returned in July 2016 with my husband, I was incredibly disappointed. We had booked an over the water fale, and were told when we arrived that we would be receiving an "upgrade" because some of the fales were being updated. The "upgrade" that...

We chose this hotel based on rating we read online but the actual hotel falls well below its given rating and glossy descriptions. The staff were very helpful and responded to requests but whilst the room we had booked had a lovely view over the lagoon, it was badly in need of attention. The paintwork was dirty, the bedside lamps...
