After spending 4 nights in Apia, my family of 7 decided to head off to the wonderful island of Savai'i to chill and wind down from all the hustle and bustle of the city. We arrived to Jane's and we're greeted with open arms, white sands, crystal clear beach and a nice cold beer. Like a lot of people I...

We stayed 1 night 2 adults 2 kids in one fale (#22 to be exact). The grounds itself are fine, plenty of fales available with a great location on the beach (however we were hoping our fales would be right on the water not on the grass area but anyway). They have a bar area where you can order lunch...

Committed one night of our holiday to having the fale experience. Originally planned to stay at Tanus but was fully booked and Janes had the next best reviews for our price range. Kindly offered a discount of $60pp instead of $70, kayaks available for hire reasonable price. Dinner was disappointing, curry and rice, being a Samoan visiting Samoa we were...

The whole place is very run down, I can imagine it would have been amazing in it's day! The beach front fale was ok, it had a veranda and a lockable room, although no padlock was provided. Mozzie net was in decent condition with no holes, just make sure you tuck it into your mattress!!! Found an empty condom wrapper...

It is really a pitty, the location would be so great and so much more could be done with this place if it would be kept in order and tidy. Stayed in Fale No 15. The table, the floor and the chairs were very dirty. The bed and pillows smelly. Shower and toilet also very dirty and not cleaned daily....

I have stayed at Janes beach Fales 3 times and will be there again for 2months early next year. This resort is really great - right on the most fabulous beach - clean accommodation - meals a bit dodgy but never went hungry. Staff most helpful and pleasant . Can't wait to get back there again - just chill out...

Myself and my boyfriend rocked up to Janes and within minutes we knew we'd picked the right place to stay! We had a beach front fale. Chairs and a table on the front porch looking out into the beautiful water. Food was great, and they were very accommodating for early/late meals. As with many places in Savai'i, they had roosters...

Stayed at Janes my first 4 nights in Savaii, left, went to Upolu for 2 nights, and then came back to Janes on Savaii because we missed it so much! Lovely people, Jane was so kind to my friends and I. She was more than willing to arrange fairly priced taxis for us and even gave us a discount for...

spent seven nights here in July. It is typical of the many beach fale places in Savaii, good beach, tasty meals and a friendly atmosphere. It has a small cocktail bar on the beach and it is a great place to relax. Only slight criticism of the place,is that the music (hip hop beat) from the bar , just on the...
