We spend one night in this hotel, located not far from the center of Banos. The rooms are clean, beds ok, bathroom ok, but don't expect comfortable place. It's a little bit noisy inside the hotel. I advise you not to have a breakfast in the hotel because it is expansive and not so tasty...

This hotel is set back from the main street which decreases street noise, and has a nice lounge area with fireplace and nice music in evenings. There is a very basic outdoor kitchen for guests to cook, or you can order breakfast there. The place is very close to restaurants as well. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was incredibly nice...

We didnt expect to find such a pearl in baños which seems to offer mostly stale and charmless hostals. The rooms might be a little outdated, but we liked their timeless charme: old, dark wood combined with the typical ecuadorian colors and a lit chimenea for the cold andean nights made for a unique experience. Staff was very forth-coming and...

The place is very cozy, and it's on a very good location, near everything you need. Food's great and everything homemade. The owners are really great people with lots of stories to tell. Loved the natural surroundings, plus a great view of the mountain.

Very cozy and great location. The rooms are big and they have all the facilities. The price is perfect. We didn't get to try the food since we were leaving early every morning It's very safe and it's a family place Very well recommended Will for sure come back

What a lovely and quaint place. The minute we arrived we were warmly greeted by the owners. They were helpful, friendly and welcoming to all patrons. Very good service. No English speaking staff but they understood some English. It is located next to shopping, a park and waterfalls.

The place is nice enough, but not a great value compared to other places in town. Very poor internet connection (we could only get a decent connection in the reception area and it was slow at that). Our room was nice, but musty. The staff was courteous but only normally so. The restaurant was not open, there were non-functioning lights...

I stayed there for 4 nights. Some rooms have fireplace, it's sounds romantic. The 2 first nights where quiet normal; even though the place is a little bit noisy, I could have slept, but every morning the young guy in charge of the reception listened to the radio out loud. Besides I've been told about the possibility to have dinner...

I was at this hotel in February for just one night. The hotel have small but nice gardens, and a cozy lobby with a fireplace. The rooms are of acceptable dimensions, and liked the balcony facing the gardens. However the hotel need some improvements to make the stay of its guest more comfortable. Drapery is very old, so are the...

The hotel room was tidy and clean, however it was a triple, and they charged me for 3 persons even when we were only 2. It is quiet and you can have a good rest, the staff is friendly and collaborative.
