We visited in July 2015, the place is very nice and the room are large and confortable beds, they included breakfast and it was good food. I liked the decor and you can walk to the main market streets. The service was friendly. We would come back.

We stayed there in May 2015 after our Cuyabeno river jungle trip. We arrived early morning from the night bus and they checked us in immediately, so we could rest a little bit after a night bus and enjoy fully the day in Baños. Our room was absolutely incredible with 3 small balconies (with a stunning view) and a big...

The volcano region of Ecuador was not on the top of my list of sights in South America. However, once we got there it was quite a charming area. The trip up to the area from Quito was a scenic adventure and about 4.5 hours. There were Andean Natives along side the road that looked straight out of a National...

The location is great because it is only 5 blocks from town, and on the end of a dead end street ,so it is quiet compared to other hotels. This is a boutique hotel with a lot of space and charm. The room was cleaned daily.Breakfast...

Lovely, clean room - check! Comfortable bed - check! hot shower with good pressure - check! Great breakfast - check! Steam boxes with eucalyptus - check!! A few minutes walk from the plaza (so it is much quieter than other places), and a few minutes to the hot springs. Strewn with orchids and actual classical music gently playing over the...

We spent two nights and had no complaints. The staff is very helpful and was able to point us in the direction of trails, restaurants and hot-springs. The location is great and is in a quiet part of the city (although their is a school nearby with noise during the day). The breakfast was a highlight with as much coffee...

Stopped there on our tour to the Waterfalls. It was clean and comfortable, and they have lovely massages. They might not have the one you pick, but they are helpful in finding you the next best. Not everybody at reception speaks English, but it worked out. Breakfast was enjoyable and they had good coffee. The Waterfalls with the hot spring...
