This is about a mile outside the city a nice walk on a sunny day. Not very friendly. We have to remember there is North America. Central America. South America and Mexico not every hotel understands customer service in the 50 states which is also America. Very clean and had Oreo's for breakfast they were free.

We spent there 4 nights. The hotel is good but rather expensive for the value maybe it is common in Usuaia. We have no comparison. It is just outside the city center but you still need 15-20 minutes walk to get right to the center and the tourist pier. The staff was very helpful with organizing excursions but one negotiation...

The best thing about this place is the staff, all of whom are very helpful and who clearly try very hard. The restaurant is also good. Better places to eat can be found by walking into the center of town, but when that is not appealing, it's nice to know that you can stay put and have a good meal...

...to stay but the breakfast needs some improvement in terms of quality and variety. Friendly, clean and relatively close to center. Room and bath was newly refurbished and spacious. Overall would come back but do not expect too much.

It's a 5-minute walk into the town centre, but the distance makes this hotel more affordable than those in town. This is a reasonable hotel with friendly front-desk staff. It's warm and cozy inside. The room facilities were perfectly OK. There are stairs but there is no lift, so this is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

We stayed here for a couple of nights following a cruise. It is out of town but walkable in about 15 minutes. One of the reasons we stayed here was because there was an onsite restaurant. On checking in, we enquired as to what time the restaurant opened and were told 8.00pm. When we wandered down just after 8, we...

The hostel is cozy and comfortable. We got the penthouse with the jacuzzi. The view is amazing and worth value. The service was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, we had a lot of tips from the receptionist. The breakfast was very nice. I recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was inexpensive even for the beautifully renovated penthouse. The bathroom is so beautiful. Take a bath in the nice sized jacuzzi. The walk to town can be a little steep but is well worth it for the views. Go on the penguin tour, it is well worth it.

For the price I paid for night, this was a great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly (and speak English) from the minute I got there. It was a short walk to the city center, but do note, it's a lot of stairs. The location was good because there was a protest going on in town so I know several...

We have traveled extensively in South America on a budget. This is the best hotel room we have had. The views are awesome, dinner was excellent, breakfast had fruit and kuchen not just bread and jam, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Relax and enjoy.
