Hotel amenities were basic, the room and furnishings were new enough and breakfast was the usual continental spread. I would rate this 3-4 stars. However, the front desk staff were brilliant! Every time I asked for a tip, suggestions or help, they were always cheerful, forthcoming and warm. Would definitely stay here again if I came here and would recommend...

Nice clean and simple hotel, with all you need to be comfortable, beautiful view of the lake, close to downtown but not in the middle of it. Good bedding, TV and WiFi.... and let me tell you about breakfast... I hope you are hungry every morning! Coffee, Tea, eggs, croissants, pastries, cakes, all kind of breads, various marmelades, fruit, etc.etc....

Our stay was part of an organised package and we checked-in on Christmas Day. The location is out-of-town but for us it wasn't a problem we walked into town or used the hotel shuttle bus and even organised for the Glaciarium shuttle to drop us off across the road. Our room was on the mountain side directly above the main...

We stayed here for two nights in December with a booking made on hotels.com. We reserved a room with 3 twin size beds, and I emailed the hotel several times to confirm that they will assign us a room with 3 beds. During check in I noticed that we had been assigned a room with 2 beds. Go figure, after...

The hotel is not 4 stars, its more like 3. They have renovated the lobby and floors common areas but the rooms still need a lot of updating. Wifi sucks, and breakfast is pretty basic. Far from downtown main area and shuttle only works starting at 5pm.

We stayed here one quick night (arrived around 8 PM and left the next morning). The front desk was very friendly when we checked in. The common areas seem more updated/modern than the rooms. We thought it would be nice to stay at a place with a view of the lake...after doing tours of the area, the view is not...

Can't fault hotel with excellent staff and facilities. However if staying in Calafate in winter again I would look for somewhere closer to the centre. Having said that, they do have an hourly shuttle in the evenings and the trip using local taxis is inexpensive.

Excelent service no doubt. About the transfer are very nice. The staff are excellent and very nice, always ready to help. The breakfast could be better for a 4 star hotel, but it's tasty enough. The main issue is the bathroom. Needs ventilation and sound isolation. If you take a number 2 you fill the room with its scent and...

We were sent to this hotel by a travel agency. If i had a choice, i would stay closer to downtown. The hotel has a transfer every hour, but it starst at 5PM, so if you wanna go in the mornig, you have to pay a taxi. And, at night, when we wanted to come back to the hotel, the...

Got a very good rate here, and it's a very nice new feeling hotel. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There's nice social areas in the hotel too. The thing that really lets it down is the worst wifi I've ever had at any hotel anywhere. Painfully slow - like ten minutes to load any sort of webpage. You...
