The hotel is very good and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The service is excellent and all workers there are exceptionally welcoming, also the hotel seems to be very integrated to the local excursions to the Los Glaciers National Park, which is a major plus. Recommended!

Near the center of the city and restaurants, hotel is beautiful and cozy. It was too hot in the room in the winter, we had to turn off the heater sometimes! Breakfast was great with many different options of food.

Just to be clear, I didn't stay at this hotel, but I went there for breakfast 3 times because the breakfast at my hostel was mediocre. The breakfast was fabulous - with homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit salad, cereals, several types of bread, pastries, cakes and tea/coffee/juice. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were also really nice. As I said,...

The hotel is quite well located in the center of the town. Rooms and facilities are nice, if somewhat aged. But the hotel experience is amazing if you count in the hotel staff who gives 110% to make your stay comfortable. They take care of any arrangements you can think of, give great suggestions, store luggage and valuables. It's a...

We stayed at the hotel in February, and overall was pleased with it. The location would normally be excellent, except there was a festival during our stay. There was concerts every night ( 3 nights) with them finishing as late as 3am. The problem is that the hotel room we had seemed to absorb the noise from the concerts. It...

Kosten Aike – I had stayed here previously in 2009, and had good memories. Usually hotels don’t stand out for me, so decided to stay here again. About $160 USD / night for medium season. Check in, they give you a nonalcoholic cocktail of peach puree and grenadine syrup. Rooms have an old fashioned metal key – so if you...

Wonderful place. The buffet and menu are really good . The customer service is one of the best I had ever receive. It is like been at family place. Close to the principal street. The front desk people are very helpful and they know their job pretty good.

While this hotel is a about 3 blocks away from the main street, it's definitely worth staying here while visiting El Calafate. Upon arrival guests are greeted with a smile and a colourful orange mocktail while the concierge organises your room and paperwork. I was booked into a larger and extremely spacious room on the top floor of this charming...

Stayed at this charming hotel during our trip to Patagonia with Oversea Adventure Travel. Located very close to the downtown area within walking distance. Our room was very large and the bathroom was very spacious. Opening our windows for fresh air. The breakfast had a large variety and tables were cleaned very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
