Was arriving by bus late at night so we sent an email in the morning before it departed to reserve a double room. They were very efficient with their reply and held the room for us even though we were told a lot of people had come by and asked for a room during the day. The staff were some...

I stayed here over New Year's Eve and can't recommend it enough. Sylvia and Leo are excellent hosts, and they never stop cleaning! I've never stayed in a more immaculate hostel anywhere in the world. The sunny common room is a great place to hang out and meet interesting people and the big kitchen is good for preparing your own...

I stayed here back in mid-December for a few days and had the best time in Bariloche thanks to this hostel. There is a great vibe to the place, and the hostel is centered around the common room, which means it's a great place to meet people. When I arrived I was given loads of helpful information about the hostel...

Every hostel should be run like this. The cleanest hostel I have ever seen. Great, relaxed vibe. Leo and Sylvia who manage it do an excellent job and do everything in the hostel themselves from welcoming, giving every guest a thorough overview of the area and activities on offer, cleaning the place from top to bottom daily, to setting out...

Silvia and Leo are wonderful hosts: they really can't do enough for the guests and the place ends up feeling like home. Nearly everyone extends their stay here I think! I stayed...

the staff here are incredibly kind and hard working. The breakfasts boast fresh homemade raspberry jam and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The living space is very comfortable and the people who stay here are quite enjoyable. Best place you could be. Centrally located near good bars and the water front.

The staff here are friendly and kindly waited up for us to check in at 1am, as our bus from Chile was stuck in the snow for hours. We also changed our money here and they offer a great rate. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and good lockers. The bathrooms are also good and the common area is...

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean, quiet but social atmosphere, incredibly comfortable beds. My two friends and I stayed here off and on for two weeks while we were doing hiking/outdoor stuff in Bariloche. It felt so much like home and we loved being there. We met so many great people and the hostel was very comfortable and...

Leo is the man. He is the heart and soul of this place. He keeps it impecibly clean and comfortable for his guests. Everyone helping out on the staff was friendly and informative and the breakfast was very good (jams!). This place is very conveniently located in the center of town with easy walking to great restaurants and bars. Caveat:...
