Lovely view over the lake from the terrace but the hotel itself is past it's best . It leaves you with the feeling that you have spent the night at your nans house . The bathroom was sixties ( dark blue suite ) and the general decor sort of fifties . The building isn't built to modern standards and the...

This is a small cute hotel , overlooking the lake . Location is quite near the centre of town , but the bus service can be erratic and unpredictable . The rooms are mid size but comfortable . Lovely wooden floors . The breakfast is good and abundant . We spent 4 nights here and would recommend it always ....

We stayed here 6 nights, and had a great time - we had the small room and it was good enough, i'd imagine that the superior rooms are quite big. They have the best breakfast we had so far in Argentina, their own lake shore and waterfall! The pool is nice though the water was cold. It is 6 KM...

This is a good hotel about 7kms away from downtown Bariloche. The rooms are decent and there are great views of the lake. When we were here the restaurant only served breakfast. Look out for the Chemanga's which roost in the trees all around.

Stayed 8 nights at La Cascada with my wife and our young daughter, while skiing and traveling around Bariloche area. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, despite some minor cons (see bellow). The staff really made a difference, even before our arrival. Everyone has been very friendly during our stay, but Nicolas - one of the receptionists/ concierges -...

La Cascada gets its name from a small waterfall in the delightful grounds, which slope down - in some places quite steeply - to the shore of lake Nahuel Huapi. A converted private home, it has excellent public areas, which have the best view over the lake. Our standard room was quite adequate, and by peering through the trees we...

This hotel was booked for us by Imagine Latin America as part of a multi centre trip and was better qualoity than we'd have booked for ourselves. The hotel is not really in Bariloche, but three or four miles away. You'd need a car to access the town's facilities, although there are bars and restaurants within walking distance but along...

Lovely hotel with views of the lake. Downside is the town is only walkable if you don't mind the dust and the cars as it is about six km away! Staff were always helpful and friendly.

This is a lovely hotel - spacious and airy right on the lakeside with a slightly 60's feel but fine . The service from everyone was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. We liked being out of the town and the view from the excellent restaurant was beautiful. There is another restaurant...
