A very Nice place for a stop in Bariloche. Good location for day trips round the lake and relaxing. A little far from the center but very clean and quiet. The rooms are very large and the car park is very convenient
We arrived after a long day of driving and were welcomed by name. The hotel staff helped us with our luggage and we were able to join the other guests for the special New Year's Eve dinner. When we didn't have enough cash to pay (the dinner was separate from the hotel bill), the hotel explained to the caterers so that we could pay the following morning after visiting the ATM. They staff also saved us when I forgot a laptop and they tracked us down to return it. Close to main street with shops, in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.
I really liked this hotel and thought the staff were amazing going out of their way to try and make my stay in San Martin enjoyable. Would recommend this place to all people to stay as it is a lovey place.
Very comfortable beds. The common area is nice to lounge in. The staff is very friendly and professional. There's a garden and small bar. It's a bit off the main roads but everything is an easy walk in this town. My only disappointment is they initially placed me in a room with a known broken toilet. I had to ask to be moved.
