We only stayed one night before we got the ferry to Chile. The apartments are really lovely. Well equipped kitchens and nice clean linen etc. We enjoyed a swim in the heated pool. Everything is modern, new and the reception staff very helpful. We cooked our own meal and just relaxed. Breakfast is delivered to your room and we were very surprised how good it was. The croissant were delicious. A very reasonable price to stay in a lovely apartment near the lake just down the road.

I travel often to San Martin de los Andes for work, as often as once a month. Until I discovered Amonite a year ago, I used to stay in different hotels (the best ones according to everybody). Let me tell you something: Amonite is the best place to stay in town! Period. Starting with the mega friendly staff, eveything is great. The rooms are big, well equiped and quiet. Clean and well appointed, they could use some improvements (better TV in bedrooms for instance, or a gluten free option for breakfast) but honestly I couldn'r care less. It is within walking distance from restaurants and bars, so it is definitely my one and only choice in town.

This property is a perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The heated pool is such a plus for relaxing. Checkin and out was very quick. Breakfast could be improved with fresh juice, milk, and coffee... but these are just minor details. Highly recommended!

Everything has been put together for you to enjoy your stay. Front desk is very friendly, pool is beautiful and excellent temperature (has a small covered area so you can get out and wear your provided bathrobe without getting too cold), rooms are spacious and well equipped, including all basic items. Location is very convenient and has free parking space (basement).

As an architect I have to say that the building is really well done. Warm materials and wise combination of them make the atmosphere really charming. The position of Amenities is great, just few blocks from the lake. The service was perfect. The pool was a nice surprise.
