We stayed for 6 nights while exploring the stunning lakes district, and were made to feel right at home by the welcoming and most informative Evaristo. The cozy, clean and quiet hosteria is conveniently located. Our upstairs room was quite spacious and suitable for the longer stay. But there were several more common areas available in the house, too. Underfloor central heating makes the house very comfortable, indeed. Breakfast was generous and kept us going for most of the day. Evaristo was extremely generous in his recommendations of eateries, good coffee- please, and places to visit during our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night and were nicely surprised to be able to park our car inside the backyard for free. . The location could not be better and the service was very good. Very friendly check in, even as a walk in, and the "breakfast lady" was the nicest person I meet on the trip, full of joy and it was contagious. Room was spacious, nice shower, fast WIFI and comfy bed.

This place is cozy, clean, comfortable, convenient and that would be enough to get a high rating. But, you also get Fernando who has a seemingly endless list of suggestions for tours, restaurants, hikes and anything else you might need all of which "you will love", and he was right every time. Good value and good wifi to boot.

Great boutique guest house with a very welcoming, helpful and friendly host /manager. Cozy rooms well appointed with spotless bathroom. Delicious breakfast with fresh homemade banana bread / cake/ scones, toast, assortment of jams, plus cooked eggs. Tea/ coffee available anytime. Located on quiet street (except for some barking dogs) about 8 blocks from bus terminal and 1/ 2 blocks from shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
