This a motel style hotel, ideal for a one night stay, if you are travelling by car and want to stop for a rest or if you arrive at Neuquén airport (just a few kilometers away) late afternoon, as we did. The rooms ar comfortable, the bathroom is big and has all the needed amenities, the king-size beds are good,... More

We really do not understand why this place had such negative reviews. We reserved ahead of time as it was a busy time of year for travelers and emailed them in the morning to say we would be a little late to check in. We had reserved a classic superior room with a king size bed. We were given room... More

First of all this is a motel, not a suite hotel. The only building that resembles a hotel is the reception area. The rooms are in two ground level wings made of broken concrete. The parking area is rough unshaded gravel. The staff as in most Argentina is friendly. However the room was extremely dirty with dead bugs lying all... More

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Edge of big town by the airport on a busy main road...quite noisy. Good quality lodge style room, everything works and very comfy bed. Breakfast ideal. Public rooms better than the bedroom. Great for a nightstop ..not more.

The rooms are comfortable and well presented, we ordered a extra cot for the baby and it was very good, with extra blankets and proper heating through the air conditioning all the time we had very good treatment of staff attending. There was no noise nuisance, or discomfort of the cars on the route, not felt. The next morning, we... More

This hotel is a motel which seems it was never finished. Somebody had a nice idea for a "Design" motel, but it looks they run out of money. The outside is not finished and the rooms are not looked after any more. The fittings in the bathroom fall off, the aircon units are totally dirty so you do not want... More

Great location, just off Neuquen. Clean and modern motel. Breakfast included in the rate. Very recommendable for a night stopover on the way or returning from Patagonia.

My wife and I spent two nights in Herradura Hotel Suites on our way to Patagonia. In fact, it is a motel rather than an hotel conveniently located along highway 22 in Plottier (not Neuquen) west of the city. It is a clean place with modern design and decoration. We had suite #16 (see comment hereunder) which was away from... More

My wife and I stayed in a classic double room (nr.2) for just over 100 USD/night. We arrived fairly late from Bariloche (21h), after the receptionist found our booking (which took some time) he showed us the room. The rooms are attached to the main building in an "US Motel-style" so that you can access them from outside. The entrance... More

Such a beautiful, modern and original hotel, definitely one of a kind. Not the best location obviously because whoever does stay in Neuquen either works in petrol or is stopping for a break at a stopover hotel to get to Bariloche. Rooms are clean and bed is HUGE. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Staff is really kind and helpful! I... More
