I was assigned to the original part of the hotel which is being renovated, the bathroom did not have a curtain reason that people can see you from upper floors, so I asked to be moved which they did without problem, this was very nice and new room Staff is very hard working and good people.
We went to Neuquen to see the dinosaurs and found this hotel at a reasonable price. It did not seem too bad in the reviews but when we got our rooms it was awful. Both where on ground floor with huge windows that the curtains could not cover in a good way. One room smelled of cigarettes (the stench was choking) and when we complained they said that the did not have another room but they were going to clean it for us. The cleaning was spraying a lot of perfume and nothing else. So from being a room with bad smell of cigarettes we now could not breathe in there, also no ventilation to get rid of the smell only a window in the entrance door, where a person can enter so that was not a solution to get in air when sleeping. So if you go to Neuquen pick a more expensive hotel because this one was really awful.…
It's and old tree star hotel where part of its rooms were renewed. Service is OK. Beds are good, bathrooms clean and amenities very good. Breakfast good and assorted. For business travel is well, but if you are in vacations it might be missing something.
