We (2 couples) arrived in the arvo and have to wait half an hour for the person in charge to come from another hotel she was also in charge of and access the booking to see if they have a room for us (we had a reservation) once she confirmed that we had a booking she told us “your booking is for the rooms with out tv, (standard room) I asked how many guests they have coz it looked empty and she said that we were the only guests booked for the next 2 days, I asked her why doesn’t she just give us the best rooms in the house so the “client will be happy”, because you booked the normal room she said. The hotel is in a nice location but is surrounded with rubbish from the time the build it, the beds were not comfortable, there is no parking and the staff does know how to smile
