Nice Lobby. Would have been nice to have a large fireplace to gather around. It is somewhat child friendly. The spa is under construction. False advertisement on their part. I was convinced by hubby to go because of the spa. We get there and there is no heated pool, no massages, no anything! There is extremely poor wifi and can only be reached in the lobby in the wee hours. Restaurant has extremely expensive mediocre food. Two options: beef or chicken. For kids its pasta or meat. Breakfast buffet is quite nice. The attention by staff is very efficient and friendly. If it had not been for the staff we may have just left the hotel the first night. Oh! Almost forgot. No electricity our first day there. Next day no water for the whole day... On a positive side... The access to skiing is quite convenient.…
