The hostel is a outside the city centre but at a reasonable walking distance (10-15min). It's simple, the room are quite small and the wifi connection is not very good but was ok. Rooms and bathroom were clean and I especially liked their breakfast which turned to be the best we had in Argentina! Good bread, a cookie per person,...

We stayed ten days here, its a great place in a really nice part of argentina The breakfast is ok, small but clean kitchen, we had a GREAT room, very traditional. Its a bit out of town but that makes it quiet which is ace Staff very very nice and helpful.... I could have stayed there forever. Ruben is such...

we had a very nice stay in posada el sol, the staff is very helpful and nice, facilities and rooms are good value not the perfect location though as it is quite a walk from bus terminal for backpackers with heat and altitude can be challenging, but once you're there, it's very nice

This hostel is a real value. The decor is tasteful and keeping with the rustic surroundings. It is a bit of a hike from the terminal, but with the payoff that nothing separates you from the beautiful mountains behind the hostel. The common area is welcoming, the staff (Ruben, on our stay) is laid-back and helpful. Each day (we spent...

I had a really fantastic stay here for two nights. Ruben is such a warm and friendly person, he even invited us to join him at a traditional Argentian folk dance class, which was fantastic. I was however travelling with Spanish speakers, so had I been alone (and I don't speak Spanish) it may have been a different experience. The...

This hostel was amasing... Adobe construction with great decoration! The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast delicious, served with a smile! Really great location for walking arround the area although a bit out of town centre. Ruben was a fantastic host even invited my travel companions and me for a class on traditional Argentinian folk dance! It was great fun!

I arrived at this magnificent town and looked for this hostel. Then I realised it was out of the town (you have to walk on a pitch dark road to get there with many dogs, not recommended if you are a solo female traveller), but the setting is actually quite nice. However, the staff was not friendly or informative from...

Room nr 7 is full...and by full I mean FULL of Bedbugs! I have never seen something like this before! The mattress was full of them, and they were spread all over the wall as well. My girlfriend had over 30 bites all over her face and her neck!!! We complained about the bed bugs and the owner was willing...

Service (Ruben) was helpful and very nice. Rooms are cosy and clean, same goes for the shower, once you've mastered the hot water system. The asado (bbq) is huge and at your disposal. Great breakfast, at your request !! Not so common in the area.. Little garden but too much shadow sadly. A bit of a walk from the center...

I stayed at this hostel with my boyfriend for two nights, the first was in a shared room and the other was in a double private room. The prices were reasonable. And what service! Carlos and Ruben will love to help anytime. Breakfast was excellent, clean and nice rooms, good common area. We used the laundry service which was good...
