This was our second trip staying here. Some gentleman were being loud with their music. Husband talk to guy in office. Had the GM, Steve, talk these folks. Not long after they started being loud again. This time I went to the office and spoke to Steve myself, who offered to change rooms and knock some money off. I told...

Dear Valued guest, again I apologize to you and your husband. I tried to accommodate you by offing to move your room and discount your stay, and you refused. Your business is valued as much as anyone else that stays’s with us. I think you where unreasonable about your complaint and review. We have group of long term guests that...

This hotel Is not fancy but one of the better priced in the area for the amenities offered. We really appreciated the staff's accommodation of our needs for parking our truck/cargo van and motorcycle. The area has it's share of downtown people however the staff seemed to keep a good hold on keeping the hotel and the parking safe. All...

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Plenty of food choices close by. I will stay here again when I'm in Mesa. Why pay three times as much for a Marriott when you get the same amenities here.

I have stayed in a lot of motels in Mesa, AZ over the years & for most I have shrugged my shoulders as I concluded you get what you pay for. The Mesa Mezona motel contradicted my conclusion from check-in to checkout. The grounds are well maintained and exceptionally clean. In addition to cameras, there is a real on-site security...

Every motel will have some questionable situation. I've been in a motel since November. This is THE BEST BY FAR! THE STAFF IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND NICE! I let my 3 kids stay while I worked. The motel is at the back of the street where my kids would have to walk to get to Main and they know better....

Stayed for 8 nights Dec 17th- 25th. Motel older room was great large and very comfortable. Staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived young woman answering the front desk phone told me about the sky train and light rail the stops right in front of the hotel. Saving me over $60. By cab or $40. By Uber....

We stayed here at Christmas time for over a week as we were in town visiting our daughters who live very close by. The property is small-ish and older but very well maintained with a sparkling pool and a separate hot tub area. The location was perfect for us and our needs...& the light rail is right out front! The...

The hotel has seen better days definitely. Now what left is dilapidated furniture and stained dirty carpets. Of course, there are some positive sides - located in supposed center of Mesa, has relatively big pool and big comfortable beds. Not worth the price anyway.

Dear Guest, We strive to connect with our guest to provide a clean and comfortable room at a great rate. Our hotel is older but "Very" clean and we do pride ourselves in our property. If you had a problem it should have been addressed to the front desk so, we could have made this right the first time. Pease...

Ok...we stopped here crazy cheap on the way somewhere else. It's is an ok place pretty clean but a bit worn. The surrounding area is a little sketchy and there's a few ladies hanging around with questionable ... activities. I wouldn't stop here with a bunch of kids, although the pool looks nice and was clean and well kept. There...
