This was a clean hotel for a quick trip to the area for some spring training games. It's not the newest or most up to date hotel in the area. It could use some updating and some simple refreshing would help, like replace the shower curtains. Although we didn't use it the pool looked clean. They have a free breakfast...

This hotel puts you near all things AWESOME! We stay here whenever we are in the area on business. However, the "walkability" and close proximity to restaurants, bike share, and local rail/tram services, makes exploration and fun activities a must! Steve, the manager, and the entire staff are pleasant and eager to make your stay a pleasure. So, when looking...

Nice place for the money. Downtown Mesa where everything happens. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wife, who is a light sleeper, had problems with noisy people getting ice at all hours of the night. Rooms are exposed to the outside world. Fotos of hotel show that. Closer to a motel actually. Very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here twice now during our trips to Spring Training. This is an older Hotel that is very well maintained. Our check in was smooth with Leon making sure we had everything we needed. The free hot breakfast was really good. Pool is large and the spa is perfect. The place is full of Cubs fans and it...

First of all, the room reeked of deodorizer. We tried to leave the door open to air it out, but we were near the designated "smoking area", so cigarette smoke smell was coming in. Next, there was a pair of underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Also, a weird thing - all the TV channels worked fine...

The hotel very obviously had a 1960s motor hotel vibe to it, but that wasn't a bad thing. The room, a king with a pool view on the second floor, was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly spacious (I think I could have fit three of the rooms I've stayed in during European vacations in the room and still had space left...

Dear Mary Kay S. Thank you for reviewing our hotel as I read every review and take them seriously. And thank you for taking the time to let me know what's going on at my hotel so I can fix it. Yes our breakfast room is busy as we serve about 200 guests and we do serve a nice breakfast....

I echo the last couple of reviews. This used to be a good place to stay. Our 5 days there last week showed clearly how run down it has become. Breakfast is no longer a pleasure, with fewer options that are not refilled as they run out. Rooms are large but we had no shampoo in the shower, the bedside...

I sincerely apologize for problems during your stay. I remember taking with you about the do not disturb sign on your door, if the maids see this on your door they are trained not to disturb guests, but if you had requested the room to be serviced then it should have been done. Our hot tub is cleaned daily, the...

It was perfect for a Cubs fan to attend games at Sloan Park. The hotel was full of Cubs fans so it was fun to chat with them. The staff could not have been nicer and were very helpful. Yes, it's an older property, but well maintained and very clean. The 1950's pool courtyard was delightful! It's a real bargain...

After making reservations months ago in preparation for spring training games, when we finally arrived at this motel, the very, very rude employee, Cody, refused to honor the promises previously made. We were early arrivals as we knew we would be. With that knowledge, we called ahead to make sure that they could accommodate us by storing our luggage until...

I am not happy with your review, Cody should have taken care of you as promised. This is not how I run my hotel! Please call me as soon as possible so I can rectify this issue. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! Stephen St Clair General Manager

Okay, this a a cheap hotel, if you consider 120 cheap. The place is older so the rooms are larger. King room with a love seat, kind of a dressing area, separate sink area; so room was okay. What gets my negative points is the rest of what is advertised....hot and cold buffet breakfast. Breakfast served 7 - 10 am...

StonecreekArabians, The breakfast we serve daily is the best in Mesa. But it is a hotel breakfast and yes we do run out of product. We serve over 180 guests at breakfast and some guest do take advantage of this, but not many hotels serve yogurt and it's costly .. I am sorry you won't come back and I do...
