Although advertised as a 5 star hotel, this in reality is no more than 3 star and that is generous. The decor and the rooms were very tired, basic and dated. The hotel, rooms and facilities (with the exception of the gym) look like they have not been updated since the70's. The gym and spa are decent enough but the...

The Sheraton is the only hotel on the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. Consequently there is easy access to everything on the Argentine side. It has a fantastic view of one section of the falls. Although the hotel has been there for a while, it has been refreshed recently. The rooms are spacious and modern. The dining room buffet is...

Yes, the food and drinks are very pricey. However, I would trade that for the location and views any day of the week. And truth be told, the food wasn't as bad as others have indicated. We skipped the buffet as it seemed limited for the price. Order a la carte off the menu and it is still plenty of...

Warning signs in our room indicated that we should keep our patio door locked while out. The problem? The Monkey's! they are smart and can open the doors, they love to take shiny objects. So here we were, in the middle of a tropical jungle with a plethora or wild life, birds and insects. Now to the resort. We opened...

First, yes it is worth paying to stay in the park. Second, yes it is worth paying for the Falls view... IF you are not placed on the West end. We were given our request for the 3rd floor and given 304. But the Falls were greatly obstructed by a huge tree just off their property (toucans came to roost...

This hotel is the only one inside the national park so you are a captive audience as the nearest town is 30 minutes ride away. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the grounds. We had a nice welcome from the staff. You could upgrade to a falls room if desired. There were toucans and other...

My family and me were staying over there for three nights of 26-29 March 2017. Generally we enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price has been reasonable and the view is fantastic. .i.e. in front of DEVIL THROAT of the Iguazu Falls. Also landscape is very nice. Staff also very friendly. About the bad points, I would say that the hotel...

The resort is inside the national park. I enjoyed most the distance advantage and the cleanliness of the room. I arrived at the resort 9am and they can give me the room. I spent the rest of the day visiting the national park and ended up totally wet after the lower track of Iguazu Falls boat ride. It was only...

Thoughe we arrived well before the check-in time, we were immediately given a room - in fact our falls-facing room was upgraded to a suite - twice a s big! Our suite was on the first floor, but by going to the desk you can get a mag card to access the terrace on the fourth floor for an even...
