We stayed here for 2 nights no hot water any day during our stay we rang reception to complain, but nothing was done hygiene is poor, breakfast is terrible, food in the restaurant is poor staff rude at breakfast,my wife asked for eggs and was told their was none, This hotel needs massive investment to bring it up to a good standard, I know the travel company we used will not be using this hotel again from what we told them, Mendoza is a amazing place, it such a pitty that this hotel is a bad ambassador for Mendoza. if your reading this review avoid this hotel
We were not expecting a budget hotel and this is written in this regard. Nice air conditioning in foyer and helpful desk staff. However our room (? a standard double) was extremely small for a couple. Very basic standard of small room and bathroom. The room had an air con unit. I guess good for a cheap budget stay right in the centre of Mendoza, but it was not the standard we were expecting.
The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was ok, but not much choice. The rooms were ok, but there was nowhere to plug anything in! The only socket was in the bathroom - not ieal. The bathroom was really the biggest disappointment. It really needs to be refurbished. The shower caused the floor to become wet. There was very little storge space in the bathroom. The toilet flush was the weirdest I have ever come across a high level button.
A beautiful hotel, in mid Mendoza, lovely area, had a large room, for three adults to share. Spacious, great views. A great hotel. Staff were very helpful, rooms very clean.lots of restaurants around the corner. Small gym, but fully equipped.
The concierge staff at this hotel did us a huge kindness that we wanted to share. We were lost in Mendoza during the Harvest Festival parade. The weather was uncharacteristically cold and rainy and it was late at night. Our hotel was in Lujan de Coya, 30 minutes away. Because of the festival it was very difficult to find a cab, but when we finally hailed one, it was clear he wouldn't take us that far out. We had no other way to get home and were scared, cold and stranded. We sheepishly ducked into this hotel and asked the staff if they could help us. We weren't guests and they could have told us to get lost but they very kindly took pity on us and called a cab for us. It was a busy night for them and they were able to serve their guests efficiently but look after us as well. We were so touched by their kindness. Clearly friendly, great staff. The hotel location, lobby and restaurant looked lovely and clean. Thank you so much to Hotel Mendoza's staff.…
