This was one of the worst hostels we stayed in during our month in South America every night they would throw parties till 4am and it was so loud you couldn't sleep- the people that attended these parties were all Spanish and we weren't even invited to join in because they were all friends of the staff that run the...

We stayed for two nights at this hostel and felt very welcomed, from the moment we got there (very early on a Sunday morning, but we were allowed to use hostel facilities until check-in) to the delicious asado on the terrace on our last evening. We stayed in a double ensuite on the ground floor which was nice, big bed, good...

This place is amazing. It's one of the most cheapest hostel we stayed and everything were good. It's a kind of familial house and the kitchen was fully equipped. We spent good evenings by playing guitar and talking with other guests. Juan is a chef when he's making pizzas or asado night! The only "bad" thing is that's was too...

There didn't seem to be many recent reviews on here, so thought I'd leave a more up-to-date one for fellow travellers. I'd describe this hostel as ok - it's relatively clean, you have access to a kitchen and the staff are nice and helpful. However it isn't really on the right side of town (it takes just under half an...

I stayed here for four days, and couldn't have enjoyed it more. It was World Cup time so we watched Argentina win, and everyone was super friendly. The WiFi worked great, and the price was fantastic. Excellent hostel.

Awesome! I've staid in a few places in Cordoba over the years and Mundo Mestizo is by far the best for value for money, atmosphere and location combined. It's located in 'old cordoba' which is my favorite part of town, close to everything you need and safe. There is a great communal area and private rooms so it suits whatever...

I stayed at Mundo Mestizo for 10 days in November. The staff are really great and they and their amigos make you feel at home straight away, always willing to help you practice your Spanish or inviting you to join an Asado on the roof terrace. Friendly, laid back, and only 15 minutes' stroll to plaza San Martin and the...

Stayed a week or so here as my boyfriend was doing a Spanish course and it felt hard to leave! It was quite quiet with few other guests but a lovely small group of locals and staff who were always milling around making the place feel homely. They welcomed us and treated us to their occasional assados and even put...

Stayed only one night - thankfully no longer. Our private room quite obviously had not been cleaned for a long while. The bathroom was gross. The rest of the house was the same. The shared bathroom was disgusting. This is quite obviously a party house with lots of "smoking" going on. Oh .. and the location was also not good....
