The hotel is almost perfect. The best I ever been guest in BA. That means, far better then Hilton. Well, three basic suggestions improve: 1) better maintenance (a small part of the curtain was broke); 2) the blackout curtain was not well designed to our window and the room was very bright in the morning; 3) there was hot water...

Thanks for your nice words and specially for your suggestions, every feedback from our guests let us improve our service. We had the problem with water you´ve mentioned, but it´s already solved. We are replacing all our room´s curtains, after 4 years since our opening. In a few weeks our 20 rooms will have new curtains. Hope you´ll choose us...

Stayed at Mine hotel during the first leg of our trip around Argentina and we had a fantastic time here. The staff really went above and beyond to help and make our stay comfortable. The interior design and unusual layout really makes this feel like a boutique hotel, not just another place adding the word "boutique" to the end. On...

Amazing customer service, amazing staff! It is a happy hotel and makes you feel that way also. We stayed for a week and have not one complaint... that doesn't happen very often! Every staff member was incredible and attention to detail and follow through could not have been better. One of the great small hotels of the world and I'd...

We spent only 2 days in this lovely hotel and I wish we had more. The design is the hotel is lovely, but it is the staff that really makes it special. The location is also great. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Buenos Aires, we would definitely return to Mine and we would highly recommend it...

We had ended our visit to South America with a couple of days in Buenos Aires and stayed at the Mine Hotel. This eclectic boutique hotel was well located enabling us to walk / subway to most of the major locations in the city. Although small the hotel has all you need and the staff couldn't be more helpful. With...

Booked this hotel based on the Tripadvisor reviews and was not disappointed. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet, location was good near the shops. The small touches make a difference - a weather report for the next day delivered to my room each evening, and a summary of the headline news on my doorstep...

We stayed 7 days in this hotel after looking for the best place to stay through Trip AdvIsor! This hotel was strongly recommended by travelers and really deserve the best comments. We stayed here twice on our trip to Argentina, and both times were treated wonderfully by all the staff. They arranged tours, recommend and reserved wonderful restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The small inner garden was very relaxing.

From the moment you make your booking, you know that you are going to have a great experience. The hotel contacts you to see when you are going to arrive, to ensure that they can give you the best service. After arriving from Europe, my check-in time was 10:30 am, no problem, my room was ready for me. The room...

This hotel provided the perfect accommodation for mine and my mom's trip to Buenos Aires. It's beautifully designed and has a lovely quirky character. The rooms are large, comfortable and always spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection of exquisite food. But the staff are what makes this hotel so special - they go out of their way...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
