There's a laundry place directly across the street where I had a bag of clothes washed and dried for 70 pesos. The B&B is on the ground floor and the common areas...

Most welcoming was Marta and her son. Nice room, shower, high ceiling. Breakfast choices were amazing! She gave us tips on things to see and even lent us her bus pass. Wi-Fi worked, small library, nice dog. Good location and excellent price.

I spent a total of 8 days with MarTaElena at her B&B in December 2015 and liked it a lot. She is a very lovely and helpful host who helped me pratice my Spanish quite patiently. You get to meet her nice family and the two dogs, too, as she lives on the same floor as the B&B. It is...

I chose this place from Lonely Planet plus the Reviews on Trip Adviser. I was a lone traveller Senior Citizen from Scotland making my first visit to South America. I stayed at Mansilla 3935 for two nights before taking the ferry to Uruguay then came back for one night before flying up to Peurto Iguazu to visit the Iguazu Falls...

We spent three nights at Mansilla. Marta and her staff made us fell right at home. Wonderful location with restaurants, bars, shops and public transportation within walking distance. The room was air condition, very nice bathroom. Very clean and quiet. If we every visit Buenos Aires again, this would be our first chose.

We recently spent 12 nights at Mansilla and can't recommend it highly enough. This was my second time there and I'll definitely stay again. Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

“Rooms either have airco in the room OR the room has a connecting window to the hall with airco. I personally prefer the rooms connected to the hall as there is no noticeable flow of air and the temperature is nice.”
