Very good location. Clean smallish rooms with nice soaking tub in bathroom.Excellent breakfast. Fortunately some of the staff speak English and were helpful in all things. Arranged a large taxi for us at 4.15 am for an airport ride(650 Pesos). It is very close to the Hop on Hop off bus stop which is great for an overview of BA. I... More

Great location, clean and bright room, fair price. The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from shopping high street Calle Florida, not far from Puerto Madero either. Rooms are relatively small, but cosy and well looked after. Breakfast was alright.

You can expect a small, nothing fancy, clean hotel, but located near everything. Their staff is nice and willing to help. Their kitchen is ok. We used basically to sleep, we were out all day on tours so the moments we spent in the Hotel were comfortable. The best part of it, is their location, you could walk to mayor... More

The romantic was perfect for us. AirCon, nice hot water, luggage fit in closets at right height, etc. Price was excellent too. But the best part was Ignacio, the 2 meter tall, English speaking clerk. He helped us with so many things; including arranging taxis and Tango shows, the best walks and restaurants, etc. He even helped us exchange our... More

Stumbled across the Facon Grande after an unfortunate booking at another establishment nearby (see separate review). From the moment I entered the hotel right through till we left we found the staff to be absolutely amazing, very accommodating, professional genuine. Hotel itself is very well located, well appointed and has reasonable strength Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The room we had... More

Nice hotel, great location, old style rooms, very attentive personnel, even lent us money for the cab when our venue transport failed to arrive so we haven't lost the time to the venue. Should improve the bathrooms infrastructure it is outdated.

Simple and pretty. Great location. Very good breakfast! Hotel is very simple, no luxuries and just enough to get a good nite sleep and be out the door the next day. What I mean is that if you are looking for lots of amenities, this is NOT the place. Now, if you are traveling on a budget and all you... More

Buenos Aires is a very beautiful city, with an european air and very good prices. The hotel Facon Grande has correct price, is clean and confortable, with friendly staff and excellent location, near from the beautiful Pacific Galery (a mall in a building that seems a miniature of Victorio Emanuelle Galery, in Milan). It was a very pleasant trip... certainly... More
