I was a little disappointed in the actual appearance of the room. Nothing specific, just very ordinary and tired. Our room needed a bit of ‘sprucing up’. Breakfast was good. Main reception staff were nice and helpful although getting an invoice from then on check out was OK for me (mine came in the mail two days after check-out) my travel partner has not received one yet and she does not do internet banking. Hence, she still has no idea what the actual charge was.

Basic rooms (no kettle, hair dryer, dressing gown) and the bath didn’t drain very well when we showered. Also the bathrooms were tiny and the rooms didn’t have much lighting.... butttt, for the price it was fine and clean and the staff were friendly. Also it is in a really good location with restaurants and a good street market on Sundays nearby

The only positive point is the location in the very heart of San Telmo neibourhood. Bad surprise in the bathroom: we must to wait for over 30 min in order to get warm water! And it's winter! Only one tiny soap for two,no bath towels and very poor wifi. Staying again here, never more!

Stayed here one night and was not overwhelmingly impressed. Standard room, clean enough. My air conditioner was not working and staff was unable to fix it or find an alternative room. At this price I would expect a breakfast to be included. Location is the best part of this hotel, right near major points of the city. Felt safe as a solo female traveler as you needed to be buzzed in to get inside. Staff allowed me to store my baggage free of charge after checking out before I had to leave for the airport.
