The hotel was located in Palermo and was in walking distance to many great restaurants. If not within in walking distance, everything was a quick cab ride away. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. One downside was that the hotel did have free wifi, but it was often very slow.

Our family stayed here during our trip to BA and Argentina. The hotel is located in Palermo so it was not as busy as the business district and the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and their English was way better than our Spanish! The room was very clean and we had a balcony...

Helpful staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Air conditioning works extremely well. Pleasant restaurant with a mixed local and hotel crowd. English is spoken reasonably well by all staff. Excellent reception. We had a suite with two king-size beds. This was adequate for us although I certainly would have cared for an additional bathroom. Plunge pool and jacuzzi (not...

Our room was modern, clean and up-to date. Front desk staff efficient and professional, not overly friendly. Loved the balcony access to the street-scape and AC in bathroom. 2 comfortable full sized beds for husband and daughter traveling together was a rarity in BA. Wifi needed to be reset often by front desk, but was free. Fridge that didn't cool...

knowing that most of the hotels and rooms were a challenge to find a "States" hotel, this place was very close to feel like we were in the States. Front desk was helpful with exchanging $ and English speaking. Some were better than others though.

Hubby and I went for a week vacation to exciting Buenos Aires, we picked this hotel after careful research on this site, and boy we made the right decision! The hotel accommodations are great and the location in priceless, but what made our experience unforgettable is the OUTSTANDING customer service we received from the staff. Particularly Emilio has exceeded all...

I had a great stay here! This is a really nice boutique hotel, in a fantastic location in Palermo Soho - you can walk to all the restaurants in one direction and you can walk to the subway/bus stops in the other direction. The staff were very accommodating. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is closer to the...

We stayed with my wife and our 3 years old son for a couple of nights, day 2 we had an issue with our son barfing on a bed, it was just liquid and a very small amount, but it leaved the scent there so we asked the hotel to change our sheet, we explained what happened and they told...

What a great find, we only had one night before flying back to the Uk and sort of stumbled on this place. It was all really good, staff excellent , rooms immaculate and spacious. Pool area looked great but I didn't use it. Breakfast buffet was fine also in light airy dining room.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
