Our first trip to Buenos Aries and were not sure in which area to stay. Well, we lucked out and chose a fantastic location. So many independent shops, bakeries, cafes, gelato shops, restaurants and parks. We even walked to the Recoleta area from hotel. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - attentive, friendly and efficient. We booked 2 tours... More

Small hotel in Palermo Soho which is an incredible location! Think Chelsea/Soho in NYC. Cute shops and restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean and rooms were large. Hotel staff is incredible; friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. They absolutely went the extra mile and by the end of the week knew my name. I would highly recommend staying here!

My choice was based on the hotels location ( 5 min walk to La Rural Fair) in Palermo. The staff is very helpfull with all kinds of different requests. I was on a very busy business trip and they assisted me on different requests to perfection. I had booked higher category room with a balcony - a very good option... More

My first time at this hotel was good I kept coming over and over since the staff is great and the rates are good However the rooms continued to go down with details as drapes in the window falling down, the door lock chain being first broken and finally removed Soaps in a microscopic size, the sofa completely broken (... Amaizing people working in the lobby and the restaurant. Very attentive, friendly and hospitable. Very clean and cozy room, with temperature control, that was very important during cold days of July. Shampoo was not so good so bring your own.

True to its 'design' tag, this hotel is vey well placed for the Subte (subway/underground) and the trendy Palermo Soho area. The front of house staff very helpful and the restaurant staff equally attentive. Great value for money. Food very good, large clean rooms, good street views, quite when windows shut, execellent keyless entry to rooms, great shower, etc. only... More

The hotel was located in Palermo and was in walking distance to many great restaurants. If not within in walking distance, everything was a quick cab ride away. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. One downside was that the hotel did have free wifi, but it was often very slow.

Our family stayed here during our trip to BA and Argentina. The hotel is located in Palermo so it was not as busy as the business district and the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and their English was way better than our Spanish! The room was very clean and we had a balcony... More

Helpful staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Air conditioning works extremely well. Pleasant restaurant with a mixed local and hotel crowd. English is spoken reasonably well by all staff. Excellent reception. We had a suite with two king-size beds. This was adequate for us although I certainly would have cared for an additional bathroom. Plunge pool and jacuzzi (not... More

Our room was modern, clean and up-to date. Front desk staff efficient and professional, not overly friendly. Loved the balcony access to the street-scape and AC in bathroom. 2 comfortable full sized beds for husband and daughter traveling together was a rarity in BA. Wifi needed to be reset often by front desk, but was free. Fridge that didn't cool... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
