This hotel has a great central location. It is easy to walk to most sights. It is well kept and staff are polite and helpful. The reception staff speak English. They recommend a great restaurant near by for evening meal. I would recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel but the location is central to most of sights. Friendly staff and wifi worked well in the lobby. My trip was broken up with small stays in between. Came back one time to a great room with a new bathroom. Wish I had been given that room all the time but the fault was with my travel agent,...

We made it a 24 hour trip from Chile to Argentina return just to get Canadian visa biometrics done and to submit the passport for processing. With only 6 hours available to crash in the hotel our needs were not high, and the hotel met them ;-) The room was adequate, we slept well, the washroom was fine and the...

No plug socked near my bed that suited my phone plug or adaptor. My card was deactivated and when I went down to reception I was told I would have to pay full price to replace a towel as they weren't able to get a make up stain out of it?!?! I have never been told to pay for a...

Good on staff but bad on comfort. We used this as a base when travelling around Argentina and returned four times. They were very helpful in storing our spare luggage and finding taxis to the airport. There is a nice lounge on the ground floor if you need to wait around but no bar or way of getting a drink...

After staying at budget hotels on our Gadventures tour (which were actually very good!), this hotel stood out. Very fancy entry area and great aircon in common areas. Lovely lemon water in the lobby to enjoy. Breakfast was not included so I can't comment on that but the hotel location was great. Our room was like a sauna the first...

My flight arrived in Argentina 5am arrived at Carsson 5:30am, and they knew of my arrival but the receptionist told me that my room is not yet available so I must seat on the chair at the foyer. I sat there for 2 to 3 hours as dead tired as I was! That was not impressive

I really liked the lobby and seating area on the ground floor. Old style, but nice. Unfortunately at the rooms you notice that it's not the newest hotel. Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller. There could be more socket plugs so you can actually charge phone and camera at the same time. It's annoying to fight for the plugs. Service...
