After months of hostel travelling, this hotel felt like an oasis. It is definitely a little dated (not the most comfortable bed, bathtub didn't work) but was clean, safe, and very convenient. Nice breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool, but a little weird they make you buy...More
This hotel provides the standard confort you may need for a pleasant stay, but its interest is the very good location in Recoleta, in front of the famous Cemetery of Recoleta (a real attraction to visit like "Père La-chaise" in Paris), where you can find...More
Big room with enough space to stay with two children. It included a closet, so luggage could stay out of the room and the bathroom had a good bathtub.
Breakfast was above the average of other Argentine hotels where we've been in the past.
I stayed at the Etoile Hotel during the week of 12 FEB 2018. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location, right in the center of the Recoleta district, which is full of life, day and night. Other than that, the hotel is...More
We stay here every year when we start our holiday in Argentina. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the roof top spa and pool are so nice. Some rooms have jacuzzi tubs, which is nice, but the heated pool is the best way to...More
Characterised by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighbourhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll
also find a rich cultural scene centred on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.

I would suggest you take a cab to the hotel. When you arrive at EZE you can go to a taxi company stand located at arrival area and give the address of the hotel and they'll give you the price. It'll cost around U$ 40-45. Otherwise, for a more economic option, you can take a shuttle to Puerto Madero and from there go to the airport by cab, which will be much cheaper. Have a wonderful trip and enjoy the city!
