An amazing hotel very convenient and in the middle of the city, the price we paid for the room was very cheap so we expected a fair hotel but it came out to be clean with hot water and a.c tv fridge so the value for money is excellent plus the reception people speaks English

I replied telling him that my Spanish isn't good and he din't...

I'm from Buenos Aires, but I've been in that hotel with my boyfriend, who lives abroad at the moment. We spent about 15 days there and I can say: 1. The hotel is clean enough. We've spotted a couple of small complaints about the furniture and they solved within the day. 2. The breakfast is acceptable (not a huge lot...

A short walk to Plaza San Martin and Florida. Close to public transit - use SUBE to go everywhere. Nice rooms. Nice desk for using wifi. Good wifi in rooms. Nice breakfast with some fresh fruit, yogurt, freshly baked bread and sweet rolls, eggs with ham only, potatoes with ham only - we suggest that they should prepare some eggs...

This hotel is in the perfect zone close to Puerto madero and nice shopping area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The bathroom is a little cheap with plastic curtain, what I hate when having a shower sticking to your body. The rooms close to the elevator are noisy re people getting in and out...

the hotel is old style, considering furniture and bathrooms, but the service is excellent. the location is good, in the middle of Microcenter, surrounded by commercial streets and close to the metro. wifi is good, breakfast rather poor and the space is small.

Not really great , but ok, the wifi is lousy, not specially clean room, but they always change the towels, you can hear when your next door arrives and / leaves. Breakfast ok, the concierge was not helpful. But the location is good, walking distance from Recoleta, Santa Fé, Cordoba.

Good place to stay if you are planning to visit Recoleta, San Telmo and Puerto Madero. Close to Florida Street and lots of supermarkets and restaurantes. Staff just ok, but the room is large. Good breakfast.

We were supposed to go to Bisonte Liberdad hotel but our taxi driver took us to Bisonte Palace by mistake. It was Christmas eve so you can expect people to be nice. But the front desk woman was very rude. She did not greet us and just said "you don't have a reservation". When I showed her the conformation for...

Staying in Retiro

Neighbourhood Profile
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
