Most terrible customer service
I had to pay my cancellation fee as I could not stay there after all. Fine with that. It was the rule and I was happy to pay what was due but alas! I was charged in ££ the same amount...More
Staff was great. Rooms were a little old but OK.
If you like quiet rooms, choose a high level or a rear room because there's a bar next door that stays open 24 hours.
Tip: Do not pay for breakfast - terrible. :/
Decent hotel in terms of location. we were close to the metro and some of the sights were walking distance which helped.
we were originally given a room on the 9th floor but as i could not open the door we got moved to another...More
Very good value for money. Rooms are clean, although not that spacious. Excellent location, near to train, bus and subway stations. Also close to Florida street for great shopping. Breakfast is acceptable.
I went there in 2013 at Carnival. This hotel is quite good. The room was nice and confortable. The breakfast was not good. There was not option to eat.Every single day we ate the same meal. The location is near of city center.

Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with
ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
