I booked two rooms, double basis for my family, during my wedding in November. When we arrived at the hotel for check in, late at night (around 11 PM) (Note that the check in was available from 11 AM of this day) the concierge at the hotel told us that they had lost one of the two reservations and they...

This was a pleasant enough hotel, but it wasn't exceptional. We were disappointed by the small rooms and weak water pressure. I did enjoy the decor in the common areas. In my opinion it didn't rate the price. Good location in Recoleta. Didn't eat at the hotel. Will look elsewhere next time.

We made reservations at Unique Palace San Telmo but since there was a flooding the night before our arrival we were transfered to this one. It is well located and seems elegant but service is not good, reception was unpleasant on every contact, no one helped us with our luggage, the bed sheets were stained. Breakfast was ok, but not...

Kindly reception, comfortable room (be careful with the window, very wide and not safe for kids). Simple breakfast. Free internet only in the lobby, if you want it in your room, you must pay. Central location, near Obelisco, calle Florida and Subway stations.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms were clean enough and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Was disappointed with having to pay extra for internet and the egg being always cold at breakfast though.

We made a reservation at the Unique Hotel Central based on the OK recommendations and the pictures. After arriving they informed us that due to plumbing problems in the hotel they were sending us to another of their hotels "close by". We ended up not in the central area, but in barrio Norte. The hotel we were sent to on...

Fairly nice hotel with good service. The breakfast was fine and the hotel was clean. The location is very good, right in the middle of BA with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I will stay there again next time I go to BA.

Location is good but do mot get over excited about been few steps away from the obelisc. Central location but it doesn't feel safe at night. The hotel is way too tired. They have made an effort to modernise the rooms but don't be missleaded by the pics. Rooms a relatively clean but bathroom looks old and not well taken...
