Five-star reviews are relative, of course, it isn't the Park Hyatt but it is going to cost you somewhere between 10% and 20% of the price, right? I was extremely satisfied with our stay. The receptionist was very friendly, allowed us to check in early without any sort of fuss and overall I wish we had stayed here longer than...

Great location in Palermo Soho, near stores, bars and restaurants. Nice, comfortable rooms, with a loaded kitchenette. Mariano (owner) and the rest of the staff were helpful. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay at Soho Point on my next visit to BA

We got a great last minute deal on the penthouse and one of the lower level apartments, enough to accommodate a family of six. Check in was very straightforward and stress free. The rooftop pool turned out to be more of a maxi-bath but the rest of the building surpassed everyone's expectations by some margin. There are lots of small...

Apartment for 3 with a courtyard in the middle of Soho Palermo- spoils for choice of restaurants, safe area to walk day and night, 15 minute walk to D line metro to historical centre. Mariano very helpful but something went wrong with taxi booking but the one we hailed from the street was perfectly fine.

Mariano and the rest of the employees at Soho Point were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They are welcoming, accommodating, and always seem to be smiling! The property itself is beautiful, exactly as shown online. The small center garden is beautiful to look onto (if possible to get a top floor room I'd highly recommend it!). The rooms themselves...

Palermo was an ideal location to base ourselves from in BA. It is an excellent neighborhood, with great restaurants, clubs, and VERY safe and clean. Soho Point is a small and lovely place to stay. Mariano, the owner, is truly vested in the success of his business (both of them in Palermo) and it shows. The rooms are furnished beautifully,...

Really enjoyed our stay at Soho Point. Reception staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Location is safe and provides easy access to the sights, tastes and sounds of Buenos Aires. Rooms were very clean and we enjoyed cooking our own meals, having a drink on the balcony and taking a swim in the rooftop pool. Can recommend...

This hotel was a find. It's in the heart of Palermo Soho, a very desirable neighborhood in Buenos Aires with all the restaurants and bars and nightlife - but is very quiet. You're steps away from hundreds of restaurants and romantic, cobblestoned streets. The rooms are incredibly clean and modern - like an Apple store. They have free, high speed...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Effort and love are the two words that inspired me to create the Soho Point back in 2009. This fully equipped studio condominium is formed by 6 spacious and bright units and is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, one of the coolest places in Buenos Aires. My experienced in travelling away from home made me want to create a space where guests could feel warm, just like home. This is how I got the idea of building this special and unique place in Buenos Aires. The Soho Point is not a hotel, but it’s not just an apartment. Soho Point is a new concept in tourism where you are always welcome without feeling stuck in a rigid structure. You will be able to manage your schedule and activities, but at the same time you will always find someone willing to give you some advice, guide you in the city or even help you with any problem that can come up at any time. The Soho Point is in the middle of a popular area so you will find people in the streets 24/7, but this building is designed to give you peace whenever you need it. As soon as you get inside the Soho Point, you will be welcomed by a nice patio full of colourful flowers which guarantee you tranquility and privacy. Around it you will find the 6 units, so each apartment has a pleasant view of the internal patio. All the apartments are brand new and fully-equipped. Each living has a comfortable sofa with a coffee table next to a large window where you can feel the breeze and relax. Then you have a big bed with pure cotton sheets in front of a LCD TV where you will be able to rest in comfort. The kitchen area has all the equipment you will need to prepare quick dishes in case you want to make a home-made meal. The bathroom is also fully-equipped and is decorated with great style. At Soho Point there’s also a cleaning service daily with no extra charge. The Soho Point couldn’t be in a better location. The neighbourhood is one of the trendiest places in Buenos Aires because it is full of restaurants, bars, night clubs, design stores and people from all over the country. So just 2 blocks away from the Soho Point you will be able to meet new people, share your experiences and learn things from the Argentinian culture.Welcome to the Soho Point, Travel and live your own way.Hope to see you soon!
