Brand new hotel, Very comfortable a nicely located to get to major attractions. Easy travel to an from airport and exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk. Good security on the main door and reasonable price.
Perfect location for a visit of Buenos Aires. Employees at the reception:very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast: simple but OK. Room: good size with little kitchen. Cleanliness of the floors could be improved (which justifies the rating of 4 out of 5).
We were pleased to find the Icaro suites hotel after a long journey from the UK to Buenos Aires. The person on reception was very welcoming. The suite was very comfortable and very well equipped. We would definitely use the Icaro suites again.
I’m currently staying here for a week and wish I was staying for a month. When you compare the reasonable price, with the great location, with the fact that it’s a suite with a full kitchen, with the huge free breakfast they offer, you have an excellent hotel. I’m staying in room 804 and it’s very quiet and you don’t hear any street noise or any sounds from the neighboring rooms. There’s a nice balcony with chairs so you can sit outside in the evenings. The room is huge and has a full kitchen with sink, small refrigerator and stove top. There’s a nice table that seats four to either eat at or work on your laptop. The bathroom is very large and modern. The shower has great water pressure and always has hot water. The towels are large and fluffy. The WiFi is very strong even in the room. The front desk was very helpful in suggesting good restaurants and where the best place is to exchange money near the hotel. This is my first time to Buenos Aires and I love it. It’s safe, the people are friendly and the architecture is amazing. I hope I can get back here and if I do, I’ll definitely stay at the Icaro Suites again. I highly recommend it!…
Enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to metro stations and lots of restaurants. Very walkable. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly with suggestions. Breakfast was very good, lots of selection.
The Icaro Suites is located in a narrow road off one of the main boulavards. It is an area with many cinemas, theatres and shops. The area feels very safe and the nearest SUBE (Metro) is only a five minute walk. There is also a supermarket within 100 yards so the location is excellent. The hotel is modern, spacious and very clean. Each suite has a balcony which givesthe room a bright and airey feel. The beds are very comfortable and there is a table and four chairs together with a fully equpped kitchen. The bathroom is lrge and modern with a great shower. The breakfast buffet is ample with a range of breads, cakes, cheese and ham. There are also scrambled eggs and sausages. On the top floor there is a small gym and a large sun terrace which is very good. A highlight for us were the great local restaurants particularly Lalo where the steaks were huge, tender, tasty and excellent value.…
Arrived on New Year's Day and were extremely pleased that they accommodated an early check-in after our flight. This place is perfectly located for exploring the city and provided us with a beautiful clean room to stay in. Breakfast was an impressive spread of both hot and cold food and set us up well for our time running round the wonderful city. Only challenge we encountered was a sub-standard gym - only 3 items, 2 of which were broken - and a disappointing lack of solution when the in-house washing machine was not working, fortunately we found a place round the corner that got us out of a hole!
Spacious rooms with your own kitchenette. Get a room at the back so really quiet.Fantastically helpful and efficient reception staff particularly Diago. Good position to get around and about and see things
Central Location, Large Modern Rooms, Quiet, on a one way street, Friendly and helpful Staff. Breakfast was the same every day, could vary a little once and awhile. Had a great time there in Buenos Aires, would come again.
Really helpful reception - always difficult when in an unfamiliar city for the first time. Reasonable location - a walk from the 9th of July Avenue, the Obelisk, Teatro Colon( Opera House) & Cafe Tortoni, the oldest Cafe in town.
