The good: Great location with well appointed and spacious rooms. The 24hr reception has helpful staff - Hugo was fantastic which made us feel welcomed and was a great start to our 5 week trip. There's a pool I didn't get to as it closes at 10pm before we got back from dinner. and on that note, check out the Palermo area and especially De Lo Jesus for a great authentic meal, within walking distance. The bad: The small bathroom with a shower-bath combo. The bath was very narrow so it was difficult to get in and out of. But very manageable for a night or two. The ugly: Nothing ugly about this place. But we did have a bad Uber driver experience when our 6 minute pick up turned into more than 30 minutes. So be Uber-wary.
It is a nice hotel, don’t expect nothing extraordinary but it’s good. Rooms are good and simple. I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there because it’s bad and you don’t get to choose what to have. If you can and have time don’t pay for breakfast and eat it outside. The neighborhood is really nice and seems secure.
Rooms are old, I found 2 insects in the bathroom, the linens are in bad condition and not the most comfortable, the hotel receptions smells like old perfum. Location is the only positive highlight. Located in palermo
There is nothing special nor is there anything wrong with this hotel, it's just decent. The good: amazing location (close to the zoo, Japanese gardens, a lot of restaurants and bars, very good neighbourhood); friendly staff (front desk guys were helpful and friendly). The average: the room (spacious room, ok bathroom, horrible cramped shower) amenities (below average), bed (comfortable and large), balcony (nice touch). The bad: unbarerable smell of cigarettes on the curtains and room in general (gets better after you leave the windows open a while). Wi-Fi was barely visible and snail paced. Bathroom toiletries were really subpar and basic, felt like a neighborhood gym shower. Would we stay there again: No, given the vast amount of better boutique hotels in the vicinity. Price/quality ratio: poor. Price is intermediate, but it feels like a much cheaper hotel than it's actually branded as.…
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We walked around the neighborhood. It is close to many parks and a very short taxi ride (or walk) to Recoleta Cemetery. We used the pool which is not large, but nice. The room was very nice and especially nice was the bathroom.
