The room and staff were excellent. Internet worked well, cable TV did not have channels in English. As an added bonus Sipan the on premises restaurant was one of the finest my wife and I had experienced throughout the world.

I dont think it was - although they might not have heated it when we were there as it was very hot anyway and didnt need to be heated.
