Everything about Sissi Haz was amazing. First of all, the location is perfect. It is right in the middle of Palermo Soho which is the best area for food, shopping, etc. in Buenos Aires. Second, the accomodations are great. Very unique rooms with a European feel. Plus you get breakfast in bed every morning. Finally, the two owners are amazing....

Clean, cozy, comfortable room in top location, near Palermo Viejo's restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast with bread, croissant, fruit, juice, eggs, milk and coffee served from 8-10 in your room. 1 only handycap - you leave keys at reception, so the owner, Mr. Lorenzo, will be up waiting for you to arrive, late at night... which is not a problem...

It was a true delight to be a guest at this hotel for 11 nights. At first we booked the hotel for only two nights. We booked this the night before we would be arriving in Buenos Aires. Luckily, they had a room available. Our flight landed at 4.30 am at Ezeiza and an hour later we arrived at Sissi...

I was quite pleased with my stay at the Sissi Haz. The hotel has only a few rooms, but it is brand new and has quite a unique homely feel. It is located on a nice, quiet street in Palermo SoHo, and the owners could not be more friendly! It's definitely a great alternative to the large Western hotel chains.

Sissi Haz was a great find for my group of friends. Extremely friendly proprietors, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, delicious delivered breakfast...all at a great price. Our group actually left BA for a week to go to Uruguay and when we came back we liked Sissi Haz so much we stayed there for another 3 days!

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
